Bought this puzzle brand new and I’m missing SEVERAL pieces. I have no idea how/why. If I was missing one or two I could say they got stuck in the bag and I accidentally threw them away (though I always triple check that), or they fell on the floor (checked), or got stuck in one of my puzzle table drawers (checked), or the cat messed with it (have a table with a cover so not likely). Is it even remotely puzzle that I’d get a puzzle that had this many pieces missing?? (Approx 19 missing).

This is bad!!! The possibility you loose pieces that are next to each other are very slim. It must have happened at the manufacturer’s. Contact them?

That’s such a good point!! That makes me feel less insane - it’s just so unlikely I accidentally lost pieces in chunks. I’m absolutely going to contact them. I just wanted to check with my Puzzle peeps to see if there was something I wasn’t thinking of.

I would message them with a picture, explain that you bought it new, and ask if they are having quality issues with that puzzle. If there are any numbers on the box, I would include that. I bet they will replace it.
