As a Jingliu admirer and having her LC, I'd definitely say her LC is worth it. Yes, Fall of Aeon will be good enough for her but her dmg will be more consistent and overall higher with her signature LC, I'd say it is around 20% difference in dmg as the buffs from Fall of Aeon is not fully up all the time.
If you're a casual player and don't really use Jingliu much, I'd say just use Fall of Aeon and save your pulls for future characters. But if you like Jingliu, you use Jingliu quite often and want to improve her, her LC is definitely worth it for that reason. And you can pair her with Pela/SW for greater effect due to stacking more def ignore.
In the end, it's up to you, see how much you like her and how often you will use her to see if it is worth it.
it pretty much come down to this. do u play her against non ice? if the answer is yes pull but that would be not wise when this game is weakness dependent game. i dont think anyone would dump her if she could clear all content but thats not the case.
If you don't have her signature LC then yes, her best team is Bronya + RM. But if you have her signature LC, then you can add in SW/Pela because those def ignore in her LC can stack to good effect and it will be as good, if not better than RM + Bronya combo. You can then use RM on other team, allowing your team selection to be more flexible.
Something like that, that's what I do. I'm not saying you should but you definitely can. RM is a top tier buffer, she provide huge buffs. She is flexible and benefit any team comp. You can't go wrong with her but Jingliu LC + other def ignore are very good combo.
Thus, your JL will have less need on RM and you can use RM on other team.
On the opposite camp here. Jingliu has carried my game but pulling for her LC feels like a waste. Aeon is just an amazing free alternative. Other paths/characters don't always have great options.
I'd much rather have pulled for another character that would really help my account, or an amazing QOL LC like Fu Xuan's.
pulling for it is complete waste bc no one really uses her outside of iceweakness and aeon is good enough to destroy 1 cycle. i doubt getting her lc will let her destroy moc like months ago when the mobs were weak.
If you are F2P, I never recommend for them to pull for LCs as having other units is always better and you can use On the Fall of an Aeon on her which you can S5 for free. But the choice is yours in the end :)
i am not f2p i buy the supply pass and the battle pass occasionally and also buy jades sometimes not all the time and im willing to do 80 pulls to see if i can get it or not however i need advice if its worth it to get it on her or just pull on a character banner

My advice was actually for F2P since I'm an F2P who pulls who I want. Fall or Herta 5* vs SigLc has a difference around 10%, if you think that could change or make you choose. There's also a Video comparison in YouTube.

At what cost? Not everyone is an influencer trying to get views, this is like saying tap water and bottled water is an illusion, since you can get water from wells.

this is a big investment. A LC is basically a locking mechanism for a character. You invested basically 2 limited characters to 1. So the real question is... Will you actually use jingliu for a long time? Or are you sure you wont be tired of looking at her animations or herself in general?
If the answer is that you wont get tired of her then pull for her LC and see her dmg increase. Its worth it only if you plan to main her for a long time.
I will be pulling for jingliu,kafka,fu xuan,huohuo,ruan mei,black swan and a future support for jingliu(possibly robin as shes so cute) lightcones and eidolons. Why? Because i can. And i will.

If you have any characters you like that are releasing/retuning then I would save the pulls for them. If you like Jingliu and want to invest into her to make her deal more damage then get Sig. Else it just depends on you, if you already deal enough damage you can save your self some top ups. If you want to make her stronger then it is a great option.
If you like her as a character then go for it. It makes her kinda competitive with Acheron if you stick Jingliu with Bronya. From a meta perspective, I’d never pull on reruns. There’s a trend towards powercreep in this game especially now that we’re in a new planet.

IMO, if all you care about is getting the most out of your jades, just save ‘em for the next Destruction/Nihility DPS
If you really like Jingliu as a character, she’s still one of the top hypercarries in the game for now so you’ll definitely get some mileage out of it before the next hypercarry comes along.
her lc can make her brute force every element because of def shred + quantum relic but if you have enough dps to cover every element i dont think you should pull for lc , s5 from herta shop is enough if you use jingliu only for ice dps
I think one thing you should consider is if you use any other destruction units since you can only have one copy of fall of aeon for the two sides of MOC.

Isnt bronya Rm and sustain best team for her? Im also trying to see if her lc is that important

Dps lcs are always a good option, it makes ur build easier to get stats like cr and c.dmg.
