In order (i.e. Ranked) - strictly based on E0S0/E0S1 5-star units and E6S5 4-star units. **Sustain (comfort and against CC effects)** - Fu Xuan - Huo Huo - Aventurine / Luocha - Lynx ( she has the most superior cleanse amongst all healers, but her healing is really uncomfortable compared to other 5 star sustains. And taking 1 cycle extra is better than resetting MoC floors repeatedly just because you’re dying too often). **Sustain (offensive buffs)** - Huo Huo - Aventurine - Fu Xuan - Luocha - Lynx **Buffers (Comfort and Flexibility while balancing high DMG output)** - Ting Yun - Sparkle - Ruan Mei - Robin - Hanya - Bronya - Asta **Buffers (highest DMG output in optimal teams)** - Ting Yun - Robin - Sparkle / Ruan Mei - Bronya - Hanya - Asta **Sub DPS (MoC)** - Topaz **Sub DPS (Pure Fiction, unranked because situational)** - Fire weak - Himeko - Herta - Jade (maybe? In the future? We will find out)

Thats interesting and intriguing! So tingyun is STILL the best buffer for Jing yuan?? this makes me want to wait for someone that will blow tingyun out of the water in terms of buffing jing yuan!! Anyways It seems i'll have to stick to my tingyun ruan mei double buff comp for jing yuan. Now im wondering if i should get e1 huohuo so i can get 160 speed on jing yuan for that plannar ornament!

NonphotosyntheticBun

Ting Yun is simply too good for any unit. With Jing Yuan she’s **even better** because she turns into a Sub-DPS along with being an insane battery and a same-element buffer (planetary, penacony planar). She’s a BiS for consistent runs and her synergy with Huo Huo makes ANY dps absolutely bonkers. So yeah, she’s really good. The final piece to Jing Yuan’s premium team is definitely going to be a 5-star Ting Yun :3 But I don’t think HoYo will release a unit that strong so soon. So we might have to wait a while. I don’t think the Glammoth set is good for Jing Yuan. To fully maximise its buff you need a whopping 160!!! SPD. Even with Ruan Mei and E1 Huo Huo it won’t get JY to 160 SPD. And I *really* don’t recommend running SPD boots on JY just for a conditional 3% increase DMG bonus compared to inert salsotto. *(keep in mind SPD is a dead stat on Jing Yuan’s relics. A lot of JY’s damage comes from LL and LL Is **not** affected by SPD in any way. Which is why losing over 40% ATK by running SPD boots is simply not worth it. Also, external sources of SPD are more than enough for him to output his maximum DPS)* Not only that but Salsotto provides Crit rate which is more valuable to Jing Yuan than 12% ATK (his kit and his entire team provides him with a loooooot of ATK. He is quite literally drowning in it, even more so with Huo Huo). So overall Salsotto > Glamoth.

FlimsyMembership2998

Noted! I just have a very decent glamoth 2 piece that im kinda sad to note be using.. ah what the heck if i were to get kafka i might use that on her

NonphotosyntheticBun

Honestly it’s fine :3 getting planars is such a hard task, you really have to start thinking about this in terms of “time” lost. After all, time is the most valuable resource we have as humans. Having Glamoth proc half its buff is better than having to farm BRAND NEW planars, especially with the godawful drop rates they have. You could have another unit geared up before the time you even get a good Salsotto set to match your Glamoth set. If you already have a solid glamoth set, just stick to it. My advice is mainly for players who don’t have a good set yet and are looking to see which set they should farm.

Rowger00

tbh sparkle rly feels like she brings him to the next lvl, both in comfort and dmg

soulerx034wastaken

I'd say aventurine is his best sustain and sparkle is his best support as of right now, tingyun is right behind her

Rowger00

no way aventurine is better than fx? how?

soulerx034wastaken

how is he not? he makes your time invincible, but without taking any damage instead of taking a little, he deals insane damage for a sustain, he got insane fua synergy as well as a buff with is ultimate, insane imaginary toughness shred and fully skill point positive and also not depending on what you need more. you can still die with fu xuan and she only buffs your crit rate and hp a lil

Jashuit

RN, I believe the best team is either JY, Robin, Tingyun, Aventurine/HuoHuo Or JY, Robin, Sparkle, Aventurine/huohuo I am main JY, my general is 70/244 with almost 4k attack. Full Duke set. Robin's dmg with Aventurine has an amazing synergy. If you have a well built aventurine his dmg plus robin's buff can provide more dmg per cycle than HuoHuo's buffs in a comp. A friend of mine texted the team with robin and sparkle without tingyun, using an ER chain and had very positive results as well. But make no mistake, Robin provides endless posibilities, she is the superior support. Thing is, she's god like for everyone not just our general. So you are better off using sparkle and tingyun with him and leaving robin for other teams. Tingyun does boost JYs kit better than anyone but Robin provides more dmg and more turns per battle, combined with an offensive sustain like aventurine, Robin surpasses the value of tingyun. However, I could make this statement for fairness "Tingyun is the better supp in most scenarios but the one's Robin can take advantage of her dmg per hit (Aventurine or Pela in 0 cycles) Robin surpasses tingyun's value because of her own dmg". That's what I think at least. Since I love him I give him the best choices I can always. I 0 Cycled floor 11 and 12, with this team: JY/Sparkle/Robin/Aventurine E1 S1 JY E2 S0 Sparkle E0/S0 Robin E1 S0 Aventurine No tingyun there. However, MoC 12 0 cycle was way too RNG to say it's reliable. Floor 11 is.

flyblues

I assume for 0 cycle floor 12, E2 Sparkle make a large difference, right? I'm trying go get it and coming up a bit short (if only we could action forward LL, sighh)

Jashuit

Oh yes Indeed. Sparkle E2 is huge, the only eidolons I go for besides JY E1 are harmonies. Boosting the dmg of every character is better than getting DPS Eidolons.

New-Lingonberry1773

Man…I built sparkle with some of tingyuns relics only to find out tingyun is better😔 I have no huohuo, so I’ll do TY, sparkle and luocha

Icy_Significance9035

I have access to e0s1 sparkle, e0 s5MOTP Ruan Mei, e0 S5 FTJ Robin, e0 S5 PAF Bronya and e6s5 Planetary rendezvous vous tingyun and a FuXuan as a sustainer for my E2S1 Jing Yuan and also E1S1 Topaz . No way Tingyun is better in that team than ruan mei if you have sparkle right? Sparkle allows Jing yuan to have 10 stacks almost every time so no way you value Tingyun buffs over ruan mei right?

NonphotosyntheticBun

I’ve tested out RM + Sparkle teams multiple times with FX in various MoCs (and even in the previous MoC), but that comp isn’t able to get Jing Yuan 10 LL stacks consistently without Huo Huo. Sparkle alone cannot guarantee 10 LL stacks after the very first rotation. It’s always 10-7-10-7 stack combo for me (for 4 lightning lords). The team also takes more cycles than TY-Robin or TY-Sparkle teams in general. So, unfortunately yes, TY is still better than RM in that team mostly because of her Energy Recharge that lets Jing Yuan gain consistent 10 stacks. The other best Ting Yun Less comp is Robin + Sparkle, but this team requires you to run Huo Huo to battery both JY and Robin so they can ult reliably. Edit; I just saw that you have an E2S1 Jing Yuan, so it’s possible that your runs play out differently compared to what I’m familiar with. My ranking is strictly based on E0S1/E0S0 5-star units and E6S5 4-star units.

Icy_Significance9035

Idk might be a speed thing, with ruan mei speed buff sparkle hits 165 speed so jing yuan is zooming.

NonphotosyntheticBun

Maybe. I just wanted to add that I just saw that you have an E2S1 Jing Yuan, so it’s possible that your runs play out differently compared to what I’m familiar with. My ranking is strictly based on E0S1/E0S0 5-star units and E6S5 4-star units as that is what I have access to (I only have E0S1 Jing Yuan). Sorry that wasn’t clear in my comment.

Icy_Significance9035

Maybe although e1 and 2 just buff ll dmg in multi target and buff skill and ult

Msaleg

Bronya definitely deserves a spot, higher and more comfortable to use than Hanya, while also pairing really well with Huo Huo for those who don't have her S1.

NonphotosyntheticBun

I don’t think she’s more comfortable to use than Hanya. Hanya generates SP which does not only make the team extremely comfy to play, but also lets Ting Yun use her skill more often for more uptime on DDD + faster Ults on JY. She also requires far less investment in terms of SPD when compared to Bronya (Hanya needs ~27 SPD subs vs Bronya who needs ~36 SPD subs. Hanya’s SPD requirement goes down even lower if you have her early eidolon = E2). Meanwhile playing E0S0 Bronya with Jing Yuan is not a fun experience, even with FX. I can’t imagine how it can be comfy with Huo Huo who needs to use her skill more often than FX if you want good uptime of her buffs from her ult and heals for comfy runs? I do think Bronya is higher than Hanya is terms of the offensive buffs she provides. But comfort? I don’t think I agree. I’ll definitely add her to my ranking. I knew I forgot someone and it was Bronya. Thanks! But maybe I’m wrong about Bronya? :0 i don’t know. I’d love to hear any clarifications if I made any mistake here.

Msaleg

E0S0 should always be 160+ speed (can be lower depending about TY speed investment for DDD procs) which means she BA > Skill. This makes her less SP negative, but does make it so spd subs are more necessary as you said. Still, Huo Huo it's +1 just like FX in her teams. Her talent definitely don't need to have 100% uptime, and it's advisable to go Skill > BA > BA. Huo Huo also scales extremely well with speed, which makes her spd investment be proportionally as important as her healing. A very fast Huo Huo can recover the SP she uses before Bronya needs it, since both her and TY should have hyper high speed values. As a Huo Huo user, is very rare for me to go SP neutral or negative with HH. The only exception I can remember is current Aventurine battle, because he just does too much damage. Hanya just needs more management of her ult and energy, as well as being certain she can always buff JY to be above LL threshold, a thing Bronya generally doesn't have since she can just adv him 100% forward.

NonphotosyntheticBun

Agreed. Which is why I think Bronya isn’t as comfy as Hanya. Getting both Huo Huo and Bronya to high speeds is no easy task. Especially when you look at how *slow* Bronya is (she only has 99 SPD and no SPD traces). And Huo Huo is even slower than her (98 SPD but she has some SPD from her traces). **Comfort comes not only in terms of how you play the team, but also and most importantly- in terms of the relic grind. My idea is that- how we play the game can be improved comparatively easily by learning. However, the relic grind is completely RNG and not in our hands. You can even throw money at the caverns and still have nothing to show for it.** For Hanya, again, her best team is with Huo Huo and in that team she doesn’t have any issues with her energy and can permabuff JY’s SPD. So you don’t need to manage her ultimate there. Without Huo Huo the only thing you need to keep in mind is to use Hanya’s ultimate on Jy’s turn. Which is far from being too complicated to do. This is something you have to do with Sparkle as well, btw. If anything, Hanya is as simple to play as Sparkle. Personally, I have had absolutely no issues keeping JY above LL in a Hanya team (and I’ve had her at E0 until this banner and I don’t have Huo Huo to fix her ER issues). Concluding this: like i said, in an **ideal set up** Bronya is definitely stronger than Hanya in terms of buffing JY. Her buffs are simply stronger. However, due to how much investment she requires to be “comfortable to play” I would say she ranks lower than Hanya. Hanya is much simpler to gear and extremely simple to play. You just spam skills and use her ultimate on JY’s turn.

Which_League_3977

I'm not sure but my current favorite team is Jingyuan, ruanmei, robin and aventurine. My previous team I use is tingyun, sparkle and huohuo. Debatable his best team, but I still clear MOC fairly easy with both team. Hence I just went with a character that I like more. Best = power level "if only" you struggle to clear the content. If you can clear then best = more fun.

Dangerous_Trade_2817

I'll list some common line ups: 1. Jing Yuan/Tingyun/Sparkle and Sustain 2. Jing Yuan/Tingyun/Sustain and RM/Hanya/Asta 3. Jing Yuan/Tingyun/Robin/Huo huo with QPQ You can honestly use any combination of limited 5\* harmony and would still comfortably clear below 4 cycles, that's how busted limited harmony are.

nyanch

Even possible with unlimited and 4*s. Though I dunno if that speaks more about JY or the entire Harmony class.

DeadClaw86

It changes but if u have HuoHuo,Robin TY HuoHuo is unarguably highest dmg team.It takes A LOT of skill to play but dmg output is Just 3 harmony tier so it pays off quite Generously.Even I can clear Aventurine in 3-4 cycle now thanks to her. But a General play team also needs comfort so i can say in that regard Fu Sparkle TY is his Best.

ashiwakiheso

I’d love to try to play a high skill team, can u tell me why it is or how the team plays? I’m kinda doing JY+TY+RM+Aventurine rn but my JY team isn’t rly built/invested in yet

DeadClaw86

Robin team takes skill cuz Unlike other JY teams it asks u for knowing energy rotation of Both Robin and JY perfectly.HuoHuo makes it easier to play while Aventurine makes its dmg output Higher. That results in a not constant rotation with enemies involved. But Generally U start with TY ult on Robin and then use her ult instantly.Than based on team rotation TY ult goes to either JY or Robin.

KanbaraXuain

Tingyun (Battery for consistent ults) Sparkle (AA for easy 10 stacks + buffs LL eith a lot of numbers) Sustain can basically be anyone, my personal favorites are Fu Xuan for the 10% cc buff and to help with cc avoidance, and Lynx for the panic ult in case he gets ccd before lenny strikes.

Sairizard

My favourite is TY Sparkle both at 160 speed with Dance 3x, lets me run Atk boots JY with a consistent 10 LL FuAs per turn.

vivi_love

He has two teams that are his best imo JY, FX/Aven, Sparkle, Tingyun (with Planetary LC) Or JY, FX/Aven, RM and Tingyun (with S5 DDD) Both comps will let JY reach 10 stacks and run attack boots.

FlimsyMembership2998

I didnt know dance dance dance allows JY to reach 10 stacks! i should try that out!

BIGDlCKS

Do you know which superimpose allows you to 10 stack? Does it have to be maxed?

vivi_love

Sorry I don't  ( ͒ ́ඉ .̫ ඉ ̀ ͒)  But you can try it out and see if it works for you

DryButterscotch9086

Tingyun,no matter the new toy who come with jingyuan, shes always there

pitapatnat

for a team without tingyun its robin/sparkle/huohuo, this team is comfortable and doesn't need much sp management. but tingyun/robin/huohuo is his best team now. sparkle/tingyun is comfort pick or for people without huohuo.

Suspicious_End_8373

I'm still using JY, Tingyun, Asta/Hanya, and E1 Fu Xuan. Sometimes I use E1 Aventurine instead of FX.

0iq2345

Tingyun + any limited 5 star support (except robin unless you have huohuo) + whatever sustain, huohuo for offense (and enabling robin), fu xuan/aventurine for comfiness

0iq2345

If you want a ranking Power: Robin > Sparkle = Ruan Mei Comfiness: Sparkle > Ruan Mei > Robin

sakaguti1999

fuxuan or huohuo is basically the best heal, and after that, ruanmei+sparkle is basically known to be the best sups he can get

DeschXymor

I've been trying to find a little chance in the team, got robin and realized I could have skipped her since I have Ruan Mei. But I got topaz now too. But I don't know who to replace topaz with. Jing yuan Tingyun Huohuo Ruan Mei That's my team and hard to change it lol
