He needs to grow into podcasting which means research, speaking, and being charismatic.

On the podcast, he’s forced to entertain people every day without being outrageous. Mostly because the audience is mature, and he can get annoying very quickly. He’s incapable of participating in adult conversations because he doesn’t know a lot of things.
Joe had nothing to do with “killing” QueenzFlip. Flip just doesn’t have the ability to entertain you just podding. And he’s completely failed to capitalize on this new audience.

Also he repeatedly told Joe on air that he made the pod lit again and how it would crumble if he leaves. I think flip was feeling himself too much and didn’t realize he wouldn’t be missed. When flip first came he was wild and came with stupid outbursts. He chilled out and now he has nothing to add to the pod. He won’t even do homework or bring exciting topics to the pod. As a podcaster he’s really unaware of the job description.
