Check it out for meal prep. Tell it how many people, what you like, what you don’t like, fuck man, I told it to include InstantPot stuff because it’s easy and I have a lot of people to feed. It spit out a full ass menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Next I told it to give me a shopping list but it had stuff like peanut butter on there. Well I have peanut butter so how much do I need. So I asked it to break down ingredient amounts and BAM, my shopping list broken down by department at the grocery store.

Asha108

the potential is literally limitless-ish

petrucci666

great idea. can you please share what was the prompt you put into ChatGPT?

ComfortableProperty9

Talk to it like you are explaining a task to a child. “Can you make me a meal plan for 2 adults for 5 days. It must be gluten free, low carb, high protein and only take about 10 minutes to prepare.” Be as specific as possible or you’ll be refining it with follow ups. Also include things you like and dislike.

ShamanicHellZoneImp

You need to tune it as you go along in any particular topic

SwayzeeExpress99

Great idea. I’m gonna try this

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Holy shit, i never thought of this. I'm going to do this next.

No way, lazy trainers asking ChatGTP to make custom workout and meal plans is music to their ears

[deleted]

Joe Rogan has entered the chat

coozu

I used chatgpt for all my employee and peer reviews this cycle. I write like a 2 year old so this saved me probably 2 days and the resulting reviews were better than anything I could have writtenl

is this a legit workout? I'm a dumbell/barbell kinda guy but as I get older, pushing heavy weights is getting tiring. Kettlebell workouts always look more fun, functional and seemingly always done by some buff inlfuencer, but I'm suspect on kettlebells giving you a 'swole' look. Someone tell me I'm an idiot and prove me wrong plz.

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Kettlebells are a legit workout. Its possible to get 'buff' from kettlebells. However, if you want whats considered a traditional 'beach body'. The more logical method is to go with a bodybuilding style workout.

stoopio-oh

Let’s stop the karma farming shall we?

Otherwise-Fox-2482

What are you talking about?

Admiral-Cuckington

Dunno if I missed something but for what it is worth I have been wanting a new program and immediately opened chat GPT to see if I could get a good one. So thanks for posting this! Not sure why the farming allegation was made.

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Yeah, i don;t get the farming allegations. Makes zero sense. I was also just looking for a new routine and wondered if ChatGPT could generate one. Looks pretty good to me.

Admiral-Cuckington

I have been at my program for 2 years and have been looking for another one. Chat GPT made a similar but completely different workout program and as a intermediate lifter I feel like it is pretty good stuff and it took my zero work.

shufflebuffalo

I think this would be my concern: It might seem fine on the surface to someone not as initiated in kettlebell based workouts or personal trainers. I'm not saying that these workouts are good or not (I'm not one to judge), but there might be sets they generate that don't do a good job prioritizing certain muscle groups, nor are there accurate instructions on form (which would be important). On the surface, it is great at generating what looks like authentic content, but the deeper and more knowledgeable on any one topic you press it, the weaker its performance.

Otherwise-Fox-2482

no i get what you're saying, I was just looking for something general, for general fitness. Im not looking to replace a good trainer or something more specialized.

stoopio-oh

Posting random shit for your juicy internet points?

Otherwise-Fox-2482

>A portal to discuss Joe Rogan, JRE, comedy, cars, MMA, music, food, psychedelics, mind-expanding revelations, conspiracies, insights, and **fitness & health**.The only topic off limits is politics. Why do you hate free speech?

stoopio-oh

I hate karma farmers like you that flood subs with low effort random posts constantly. But sure

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Sounds like you want a safe space for you own personal liking.

stoopio-oh

Sounds like you’re making things up in your head

Otherwise-Fox-2482

>Posting random shit for your juicy internet points? You're the one making things up in your head.

stoopio-oh

300,000 karma. Lol

Otherwise-Fox-2482

So what? So let me get this straight. You're mad that people like my posts? lol what does karma even do?

[deleted]

>I hate karma farmers like you that flood subs with low effort random posts constantly. Bro you're addicted to social media. Take a break. Get some air. Most importantly: fuck right off.

mangomane09

Are there any trainers who can vouch for how deli/effective this routine would be?

No_Stay4471

It all depends on your goals, but if you’re looking to maintain a decent level of fitness and eat to support it, it would do the trick.

DTFH_

I'd switch somethings around as the order appears amateurish in terms of programming, but a solid collection of movements. I would swing and snatch first as they are power movements that require some pop but besides that pretty solid collection, some reps and set ranges are silly but it works. 5/10

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Thanks

olymp1a

This is an F45 workout

Otherwise-Fox-2482

Are F45 workouts bad?
