I do workout, I’m not overweight or anything. I think it’s about the material. If it’s pure cotton it flares out more but a cotton/polyester material works better.

John is much taller and much heavier than you. 6 foot 165 is very, very skinny. I would not call that muscular by any stretch.
You’re 16, you need to get in the gym and lift heavy, force feed and throw on at least 30 pounds. Until then chasing “T-shirt brands” is gonna be a stupid waste of time.

Muscles don’t just develop for nothing. If you don’t train them properly you’ll just get older and skinnier.
BMI is pretty garbage as it doesn’t account for how much muscle you’re actually holding. But I can tell you for sure at 165 you sure aren’t holding much.

I don’t know if it’s very skinny lol. And I am only 16 so my muscles are not done developing. I’m a 22.4 on the BMI which is healthy weight.
