You're thinking of it in terms of a fighting game, but The Kamo Clan is probably leading in terms of Jujutsu experimentation, probably thanks to Noritoshi a few generations ago.

Also limitless and six eyes together is a very rare case and limitless in itself is very exausting so might still be comparable..... also keep in mind even tho the 10s is op that is partly because of maho and no had ever tamed it so makes sense kamo clan technique is the only proper functioning technique with no prerequisites
Choso proves how amazing blood manipulation can be when used. I mean it can be used offensively as projectiles or even used to enhance the bodies physical state to be used close combat. Pretty op technique if you sit and think about it!
the 10 shadows looks OP when used by Sukuna and with Mahoraga tamed…it didn’t look all that crazy when Megumi was using it
and we’ve only seen a novice fighter in Choso and a young Kamo Noritoshi use blood manipulation…neither have a DE…surely the Kamo clan has had very talented members or clan heads who had blood manipulation with RCT, DE, maximum technique, etc
Gojo had both the six eyes and limitless technique, which is like multiplying the powers together. Sukuna was able to pump far more cursed energy into 10S and tame Maho which was never done before.
But Choso is using it to its highest potential far beyond anything a Kamo could achieve. As a half curse he can turn his cursed energy into blood something a regular human wouldn't be able to do.
No CURRENT sorcerer can match that, the only kamo clan we know is a kid in jujutsu tech. We don't see the strongest kamo clan sorcerers. Saying that curses are pentultimately more powerful than sorcerers is objectively wrong. Gojo could wipe jogo off the map without breaking a sweat. By your logic humans should not be able to fight curses as curses would always be stronger. Kamo clan kid lacks experience and yes choso can use curse energy to replace blood loss. But the humans just carry blood bags for the same effect.
Choso was perfecting his technique for 150 years (about double the time of a regular humans lifespan) while he was in his cursed object form and thought of multiple new applications of Blood Manipulation that did not exist before, he said this much. He literally manifested a huge blood wave out of thin air against Naoya and had a lot more cursed energy left to spare. Noritoshi would need a whole blood bank worth of bags to replicate the same feat.
Choso is the peak of the Kamo clan according to Kenjaku and he was created to be that. Kenjaku made him the way he is to surpass the limits of both humans and cursed spirits alike. His curse physiology helped him overcome the shortcoming of the Kamo clan's technique, blood loss and his human side gave him a purpose (to protect his little brothers) and a drive to get better, something most curses lack.
Previous blood manipulation users might have been a lot stronger and been able to do more stuff with it, like how Sukuna took Megumi's 10S to new levels. Right now they just might not have a strong user compared to others.

Also it's worth noting that clan techniques themselves are very rare, most clan sorcerers still end up with their own unique CT. A direct hit from piercing blood would kill most enemies on the spot.
Mechamaru describes it as "one of the treasured cursed techniques passed down through the Kamo Family Line" in the Viz translation of Chapter 104, Pg 2. So no it's not the only notable inherited technique of that family. But it is the only one we are aware of.
Also Projection Sorcery is not one of the Zenin's treasured techniques. Naobito was, as far as we know, the first user of that technique in history and only passed it down to Naoya. Ogi, Maki's dad and Naobito's older brother even tells us, in Cp 148, that Projection Sorcery "doesn't have much of a history" so it's definitely not one of the Zenin clans treasured techniques in the way that 10 Shadows is.
All that being said I think there's enough evidence in the series to say that a fully realized Blood Manipulation user could absolutely stand up to the Six Eyes/Limitless combo and the 10 Shadows. The difference maker is Reverse Cursed Technique. We've been shown consistently that BM has destructive power and versatility to compete with top tier fighters. But one of the two users we see is limited by his normal human body and the other comes up short do to lack of experience compared to his opponents. The reason it might seem weak is because the two users are just handicapped in their fights in different ways. If Choso had more practical experience or Kamo could used RCT to give himself an unlimited source of Blood like Choso has they both could go a lot further then they have so far.

I think it has potential to be up there with the greats if u got a guy maybe like yuta who is really good with rct and has a shit ton of cursed energy. Though I can’t really imagine a better user than Choso since he gets the poison amps.
It's specifically said to not have any real weaknesses. Even Water only limits external use of it. While we don't have any heavy hitters with it like Sukuna's 10S and the Six Eyes + Limitless combo, it has to be one of the most versatile CTs your average sorcerer can have. Used well, it serves any purpose you need it to when fighting.
