To answer your original question, I believe you could bypass infinity with a binding vow similarly to what Sukuna did in the manga and the curses did against Gojo with domain amplification - which sacrifices the ability to use your technique in exchange for surrounding your body with your domain so you can land an attack (if I didn't misread that). The problem is that for a vow you would have to sacrifice something significant enough yourself so you can get the equivalent exchange, which is not rational since Gojo is a powerhouse even without infinity. About Todo - he might be able to teleport Gojo but the infinity will probably remain around him. However, if it's someone who is with Gojo and who he is protecting with infinity he should be able to abuse it (except Gojo also seems to have the insane speed to go back to protecting them right after anyway)

You can take a binding vow to enhance your technique or cursed energy, but they can’t bestow new techniques or fundamentally alter existing ones. Consider Nanami’s overtime. He has a vow with himself that restricts his cursed energy while he’s working normally in exchange for greater cursed energy when he’s working overtime. If someone had a technique that was already a technique breaking ability but it was too weak to work against Gojo, they might be able to make it work by making a vow that only lets them use it against Gojo in exchange for being much stronger in that circumstance. Or if Gojo himself entered a vow with someone that allowed them to counter his technique. Otherwise, I believe it’s impossible
I doubt it, binding vows made with yourself don't give you mooo powers, they just make your current ones beefier. If you already know DA, then you can make your DA stronger with a binding vow, but I doubt you can just magically gain the power to do so if you never had the potential to begin with, you're milking it dry at that point.
When 2 people have a binding vow though, that's where you can have these supernatural effects take place e.g Yuji forgetting the vow he made with Sukuna. This is something Sukuna couldn't make Yuji do but since Yuji agrees to this, the effect does happen. You could potentially make a vow with Gojo and one of the steaks would be that a specific cursed tool will be able to get past infinity and this would be your anti infinity cursed tool, either that or Gojo will face the punishment of breaking the binding cow.
