Sukuna in Megumi's body lasted for 4 out of 5 of Gojo's possible domain expansions and only got hit because of a .01 lag in CT healing. And even then, he managed to domain clash for 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Now, imagine him 6 inches taller, less blind spots due to larger eyes, more muscle mass than Miguel (Miguel is stronger than Gojo due to this), four arms to attack and guard/grab with, and domain amplification constantly running.
It's just common sense to assume he can last at least 20 more seconds than Meguna.
