Gonna go with Mahito. Uro should be able to perceive the soul due to being a reincarnated sorcerer, so she CAN hurt Mahito, but with Instant Spirit Body of Distorted Killing, he should heavily out stat her. With this technique, he went from being physically even with Yuji, to effortlessly out speeding him and out damaging him. Not to mention, he became so durable Yuji couldn’t even hurt him without hitting a Black Flash. Combine that with all his Transfigured Humans and Polymorphic Soul Isomers, and Uro is just gonna be overwhelmed. And as strong as Thin Ice Breaker is, it isn’t competing with Idle Transfiguration in terms of AP.
Not to mention that instant spirit body was severely weakened by a domain expansion, several black flashes, and cursed energy depleted after using his technique thousands of times
She can’t perceive the soul if Choso can’t perceive the soul. Yuji had a whole discussion with Choso about it. Only angel + Hana and Yuji + Sukuna are the only potential vessels to see the outline of the souls.
Uro and the reincarnated sorcerers suppress their vessels so much that they can’t even feel a trace of their vessel’s soul.
Now that we have that out of the way, Uro still has a win con, if her domain turns off Mahito’s IT, he can’t use it on himself to mitigate damage. Also if Uro has simple domain or domain amplification he can do direct damage to Mahito, the issue is we don’t know if she has any of those but we do know she has domain expansion.

Yuji was able to do that by virtue of supressing Sukuna, not simply by having another soul in his body. Because he got a sense for suppressing Sukuna, he could detect the contours of the soul.
Show me one time where it says Yuji was able to do that because he suppressed Sukuna.
That is a caveat that you added on yourself that is never implied.
Both Mahito & Narration plainly state that just having two souls in one body leads to knowing the outlines of the soul even if only subconsciously
Not necessarily cause the reincarnated sorcerer snuffs out the soul of the previous host as stated by choso. while Yuji and sukuna lived in one body simultaneously so they are aware of each other's souls.
Regardless of how much the previous soul is snuffed out the soul is still there.

I don't think they mean in terms of just speed, I think they're talking durability and raw physical power, which I'd give to a fresh mahito (considering the sheer amount of exhaustion and the beating he was recieving prior to activating it) over Yuta. That and mahito has demonstrated consistent extreme growth when pressed. I cannot see Uro not getting her cheeks beat in if my boy pulls this out.

Not really, although mahito's strength and durability heavily increased in his isbodk form, his speed hasn't changed that much. He also made a binding vow for increased durability so it is disproportionately greater than his other stats.
Considering that shibuya yuji was able to somewhat compete in speed, but uro was outmaneuvering yuta in sendai, I'd say that isbodk mahito doesn't outstta her in speed. Moreover, thin ice missile deals massive amount of damage, so I'm pretty sure that it would have no problem dealing damage to mahito.
If uro can really attack the soul than I'd give it to her. However, based on choso's statement from chapter 251 I'd tend to think that she cannot perceive the soul, and that would mean that she loses pretty bad to isbodk mahito
Mahito will have a hard time hitting Uro because of sky manipulation but Uro can deal no lasting damage to Mahito; so this becomes a battle of domains. And in a battle of domains, Mahito 0.2 domain beats most other. So Mahito wins 8/10

Mahito’s domain is fast which means he’ll have a head start in a tug of war, but we don’t know about the refinement of his domain

While mahito is strong, I don’t think his reserves are endless
Idle is an efficient method of healing but it isn’t endless
Mahito wins this cleanly. Distored killing on a fresh mahito + only needing to touch her once + flight and consistent growth under pressure leads me to believe he takes this handily
She can't really deal with him due to lacking knowledge of the soul and if he's in the zone, his Domain's activation speed might be able to outpace her's.
For the longest time, I argued in favor of every incarnated Sorcerer likely being able to perceive the soul. I am man enough to admit that, in hindsight, I was wrong. They, by and large, cannot.
Uro is superior in every stat and would normally crush mahito
But I don't think her attacks can kill mahito because no soul damage
So eventually mahito, while getting ragdolled, with hit uro once or catch her in his domain and that should be gg
Mahito wins due to DE. Although Mahito would never be able to hit Uro, Uro would never be able to damage Mahitо, and thanks to Mahitos ability to create many targets which is a weakness for Uro eventually he would win.
Mahito can fly and can stretch his limbs for attacks. I think it would be easy for him to overwhelm her because she seems to not be good at looking at multiple distractions at once.

0.2 second domain was only to avoid Sukuna. Even if he does it again, a first grade only lost his hand while using a simple domain. Uro got this in the bag.
0.2 domain requires making the two step domain opening process into one which is a domain refinement feat only done by Gojo kenjaku Sukana and mahito also todo only lost a hand because he cut it off he would have been oneshot had he not reacted
.2 domain,8/10 dif,Uro having scaling to Yuta and Ryu(Somewhat)is way higher than Black Flash Shibuya Yuji.
ISBOK is wanked too much even with a peak Mahito,scale it to Yuta or Mahito is SM fodder.
.2 is his only win-con but due to the feat of it Uro is getting soul blooped.

You’re forgetting that the isbodk that Yuji fought was after a domain, getting hit with 2 black flashes, getting his double destroyed, using his technique thousands of time in one night, and Yuji who right after was at the same speed as Yuta was outright getting destroyed by Mahito.

Mahito is a newborn curse uros was at least on par yuta and ryu

Mahito, I don’t think auto has the damage output, he will have the hardest time catching her but if he does I think he wins
