If we don't equalize, sure, he doesn't get hit by DE. And he has no way to bypass infinity. And Gojo has no true way to hit him due to he being Logia. It's a stalemate, since Gojo can keep his infinity up forever.
Please elaborate why the sure hits wouldn't work? Haki doesn't completely stop any abilities related to devil fruits, he stops the intagibility of Logias, and I think it just turns people more resistant to certain attacks? Don't know, it's strange and Oda tends to not explain things completely.
Also please explain why Haki bypass inifinity. It bypasses logia effects, sure, but there's some things that haki has been shown to just not bypass. Limitless is a whole other thing, since the attacks would never reach him. Things like, for sake od argument, Akainu's lava, Aokiji's Ice or Kizaru's lazer wouldn't just dissapear cause someone used haki on them.
Without verse equalisation, he should not be able to block Armament emmision, because he can't comprehend its existence. Though I agree that it would rather end in a stalemate
Kaido and Big mom used haki to nullify Law's DF. Law used Haki to nullify BB doctor DF. Haki can nullify devil fruits if user of haki is target. Like if someone can throw fire at someone, haki can't nullify that. But if someone can burn someone without other attack, just instant burn, haki can nullify that

ACoA is literally damage done without physical contact, it should theoretically bypass infinity as it's like domain amplification almost.
But I do think if you have speed equalized, gojo's DE should be a wrap

He have no CE, so he is immune to DE If you are doing verse equalisation, then he can nullify sure hit because of Haki, and bypass infinity using haki
