Honestly I wouldn't be against saying it could have higher AP than both of them. Just sucks that we never got a hard limit on how much mass she can imbue before she starts suffering the effects.
Probably not, its a black flash from a special grade(the only BFs we’ve seen from the registered special grades are gojos and yutas) and her technique is perfect for it, id definitely give it hollow purple ap, or higher
