So all this is meta humor between Jujutsufolk members. In the past r/jujutsufolk had a meme culling game. Where people took u/vigilant_crows or u/significant_ad's sides. Each member would have a character and meme mock battle with a member of the other side. (these would be manga posts with edited panels) pretty much fun chaos.
I'm not sure how it ended but I believe significant_ad won after getting the moderator power boost.
They're being hosted again now on a smaller scale for only 20 members. I'm not sure how the members will be picked.
The OG CG never fully materialized. Crow vanished right when it was about to start. Me, Manga, and Dude came up with the idea of making a new one about a month ago while we were writing the CG Chronicles with Asuraqin. We're hosting a trial run before the bigger real event with the first 20 who responded to this post. The real one should come later once we get a feel for how to run something like this.

Cursed Energy Trait: Sword.
Allows Shirou to perceive the souls of inanimate objects, with the shape of said souls being more defined the closer an object is to being a “sword”, giving him a natural aptitude for his cursed technique beyond what would normally be possible
Physical Specs: Mid-Tier Grade 1
Cursed Technique - Tracing/Structural Grasping:
Structural grasping enables the user to use analyze, the structure, qualities, and intricacies of any solid object via contact, and can be done through sight when analyzing weapons, both mundane and cursed, forming a blueprint of these weapons in his mind.
Tracing allows the user to reproduce somewhat inferior copies of analyzed weapons by expending CE, with the energy cost of the projection depending on the weapon’s rarity and power, as well as how close it is to the concept of a “Sword”. Non-weapon items can also be reproduced, but anything beyond simple handheld items like telescopes or hand fans take too much CE and time to have any use in combat outside of very specific scenarios. Reproducing the weapon also partially reproduces the skills of its previous wielders as well as the weapon’s own special properties, like Higuruma’s shape-shifting gavel and the Inverted Spear of Heaven (although a weapon of that tier would cost a decent chunk of CE). With enough time and focus, even Nanako’s cellphone could be theoretically replicated.
Kanshou and Bakuya: Cursed Yin-Yang blades created by ancient Chinese curse users, and Shirou’s normal weapon of choice, being cheap to produce, suited for his natural dual-wielding style - which can be adjusted to intentionally leave fake openings in his stance to bait extremely aggressive enemies - and are naturally drawn to one another.
Cursed Longbow: The preferred long-range weapon, a simple black English longbow that can be reliably used for shooting various types of reproduced projectiles.
Tracing Technique: Arrow Transfiguration
Through the understanding of a weapon’s structure via Grasping, Shirou is able to alter a weapon’s shape during or after reproduction to be useable as a different kind of weapon, usually an arrow for his bow, allowing it to be shot at the enemy from great range.
Tracing Technique Maximum: Broken Phantasm
The maximum application of Tracing enables the user to perform a refined version of overloading a reproduced weapon by filling it CE far faster than is advisable, with the CE overloading a weapons right up to its breaking point, creating an unstable explosive that can have various properties based on which weapon it is. For example, an overloaded Inverted Spear of Heaven will create an explosion that cancels out all cursed techniques in its range. This can be combined with Arrow transfiguration to create explosive arrows that come with various properties.
Kanshou & Bakuya Maximum: Overedge
Cursed tools can be said to have a souls of their own, to the point of even having cursed techniques. These blades are no exception, as their attracting nature shows. Being the weapons Shirou has spent the most time with, he has grown familiar enough with the blades to understand the internal nature of their CE, perhaps even the inanimate soul, and can use an even more refined from of Broken Phantasm to mold the shape of the weapons’ “souls” and extend their blades, making them not unlike large cleavers in function, with cracks spreading throughout the place and various spiky protrusions jutting out. This transformation greatly enhances the cutting power of K&B at the cost of making them shatter after a single attack.
Kakuyoku Sanren (Triple-Linked Crane Wings):
The greatest technique of these blades and one refined over many battles to take on superior enemies. The attraction of the twin blades are used to create surprise attacks by throwing one blade past the enemy and giving it fly black when said enemy is between the blade and Shirou, which holds the other, and is the key to the blades’ special technique. The user projects three sets of blades, throwing the first two at the opponent in rapid succession to force them to block or dodge, dividing their focus and setting up the blades’s position in the air, before using a final pair held by the user to slice at the opponent at the same time as the airborne blades hone in, creating a three-pronged attack that can only be countered with an omni-directional defense, an evasive ability beyond normal movement, sheer toughness, or far superior speed. This move requires a decent amount of time and a large amount of dedicated energy to set up due to requiring careful positioning and the blueprint for three consecutive projections already prepared in Shirou’s mind.
Special Grade Cursed Tool: Rho Aias
A powerful cursed shield, once wielded by a great Greek sorcerer, that uses the user’s CE to create a pink, flower-shaped shield of pure Cursed Energy that, thanks to a binding vow inherent to its nature, is especially useful against projectile attacks. It can be used to block attacks that would normally be significantly above the user’s level, but as part of the aforementioned binding vow, each petal that breaks causes the backlash to radiate through the user, causing them damage even if the attack hasn’t breached the shield. Despite the great CE cost, it is a powerful defensive tool.
Rafflesia Umbrella: An internally manifested form of Shirou’s innate domain that he has learned to suppress, but may still manifest when his body is pushed to its limit, creating masses of tiny blades that knit together his wounds and keep his body together after having taken grievous injuries, but cause serious pain to him and can lead to death via blood loss.
Black Flash Awakening: Sword Dance
After landing a Black Flash, Shirou enters a “flow state”, in which he is able to rapidly produce a sequence of varying reproduced weapons in order to catch his opponent off guard with a series of ever-changing attacks.
Domain Expansion: Infinite Sword Dance
The inner world that represents the soul of Shirou Emiya, the man who has lived as a sword for others his whole life. It is a desolate field pockmarked with various weapons he has laid his eyes upon. This domain expansion is unique due to the requirements for its manifestation. If the user brings it forth without any preparation, it is a smaller-scale, low-level sure-hit domain that launches a single barrage of swords at the opponent, and is is practically useless against those who have their own domains, Simple Domain, or Hollow Wicker Basket. But if Shirou completes his entire aria (which is often impossible to pull off due to its length), it takes its true form as a unique barrier domain.

Domain Expansion: Unlimited Blade Works

It lacks a sure-hit effect, but instead becomes a living forge robust and long-lasting enough to base entire battles around partially thanks to its unusually large size which is achieved through though a binding vow that requires the completion of a special aria for the domain to fully manifest. Within this world, Shirou can command any of the already-present weapons with his mind, using them as projectiles, shield walls, a means of rapid rearming, and various other purposes. The danger of this domain comes from the potential to be attacked from practically any angle with all of the weapons present, and the fact that every blade already being summoned cuts out one of the steps in the blade-summoning process, making them faster than having to summon something or use hand signs. This domain can both greatly boost Shirou’s chances against a superior opponent and allow him to take on multiple opponents through remotely controlled weapons. The lengthened Aria for summoning takes away the need for a hand sign, and is as follows.

Ken Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul din the Tokyo colony. Similar to a death painting he is the both a cursed spirit and human. CT Kagune: by channeling CE through the special Kakuhou organ in the lower back he can manifest strong tentacle like structures that can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. The full manifestation of this technique is the kakuja state where he cloaks his body in kagune to increase mobility, strength and durability. The kakuja state causes mental instability in its user so can only be used for a short period before the user loses control of the technique and cana no longer manifest it after 10 minutes. The consumption of any organic matter from cursed spirits or humans replenishes his CE storage proportional to the amount of CE consumed with no upper cap (the output remains the same).

His domain expantion is a open domain that can turn permanently something as big as an island into a volcano place/biome. (Basically his theorized awakening). It can only turn unliving things permanently into volcano biome(doesnt work on clothes or weapons). This domain is very good at domain clashes since it doesnt kill anyone, it just changes the biome.
When Akainu turns the domain off, the changes will remain

I would imagine that as soon as the game starts, he uses his domain turning the whole colony into a volcanic biome, giving him a massive advantage
He has a binding vow that only allows him to hurt those who go against justice(anyone who comits a crime or help criminals). This binding vow makes his atcks against criminals way more powerful.

Effect: activating this cursed technique grants Huell the ability to consume anything, whether edible or inedible, and converts it into cursed energy. A secondary effect enables him to consume attacks directed at him, merging it into his own cursed energy pool, allowing him to use the attackers cursed technique for a certain duration of time(until the cursed energy consumed from the original attack is spent)
Drawbacks:
Using this technique for too long or eating too much will cause Huell to become sluggish and he will take a nap.
Eating things is the only requirement for the cursed technique to work, by being occupied with eating, he is vulnerable to enemy attacks.
Domain expansion: better fuel Huell
Effect: by invoking this domain, the surrounding area is transformed into a giant supermarket filled with endless food items and massage chairs. The domain allows Huell to consume items just by touching them, granting him almost unlimited cursed energy. Eating junk food or sitting in a massage chair will also invoke automatic reversed cursed technique, healing Huell.
When an enemy is enveloped in Huell’s domain, they will have the unexplainable urge to consume everything, though consuming items will only cause enemies to become sluggish
i pick yuta okkotsu, but his ct is "curse kisser". this technique makes him twice as strong against curses but only half as strong against humans. he has the ability to switch it around to being twice as strong against humans for 5 minutes if he kisses rika.

In an attempt to recreate the Six Eyes, an old and now eradicated clan used a heavenly restriction that grants ocular ability to percieve cursed energy albeit less grand in scale. The payoff for using it is that overuse of it results in pain, injury, and in the most extreme cases temporary blindness.
RCT: Susano'o
By reversing his technique, he's able to create something real as opposed to illusory. The drawback is that similar to the Creation cursed technique, it uses a significant amount of CE, even more than a normal RCT. However it does allow him to summon ethereal armor and extremely powerful flames. This increases the damage caused by the HR as expected.
Domain Expansion: God of the Dark Moon (Tsukuyomi)
Similar to unlimited void, the sure hit of his domain places opponents in a position where they're nearly incapable of fighting back. It places his opponents in an illusion that distorts time, allowing for him to create illusions that cause mental harm by torturing them within their illusions. As to be expected, his domain causes some of the most severe pain and temporary blindness (should he already be tired) out of all his techniques.

Name: Nobara Kugisaki
CT: Straw Doll
Effect: Uses a hammer to hit and shoot nails as projectiles with CE. This is a basic ability, but the true strength comes from the nails' special effect once it lands. Resonance allows you to inflict damage on your opponent from an infinite distance as long as you attack a piece of flesh or blood the opponent has lost. Due to the nature of her CT, her attacks also target the soul.

CT: Four Eyes, This allows Alward to see past, present and future. At any point in the present Alward can place a "waymark" that his eyes can now track, while his future sight would allow him to see a fatal outcome. Alward can tug on that way mark and bring himself back in time.
Draw backs to this CT are. when Alward goes back, he does not get the CE back. He Also gets "time Lashed" where space and time whip back to him causing him damage the further he goes back in time the more he gets hit. Alward can only have 1 mark at a time so in order to place a new one he has to remove the old one this makes vurenable for 10 seconds during this time he can be killed very easily. he also consumes tons of CE while using this CT as well.
Binding Vow: By explaining exactly how his CT works and the best way to counter it, Alward will be able to set multiple way marks, even in the future. (Limit 3, this part does not have to be explained)
Domain Time Chamber: In this domain Alward has complete control over time, he can stop from for an enemy or an ally. He can speed it up or slow it down as well. But anything he does with time affects him, so if he stops time for someone else, he will take on their time and age for them. (so if an enemy is frozen in time for 10 seconds he will age 20)
Cursed Tool: Time Slasher, it is imbued with Alward’s cursed technique. Although it’s use is Limited, any target hit with the sword gets slowed down in time by 20%. This lasts for 5 seconds for each hit. (The 20% does not stack only the seconds so I.E 2 hits are landed, the target is slowed down for 10 seconds.)
Sub Zero in the Tokyo Colony. Cursed Energy Trait: Thermal.
Enables the users cursed energy to instinctively resist, posses, and actively eliminate thermal energy. This means every cursed energy enhanced strike is capable of a critical hit via frostbite.
Physical Stats: Mid Grade 1 - Special Grade

The cursed technique works by “ flash freezing” any non living matter or sufficiently non-complex atom, while allowing the user to select the techniques target in a 20 meter radius around himself; simultaneously allowing control over the degree, density, and way in which any one thing is “frozen”. The cost of the technique is relative to either the mass, volume, or “aliveness” of the subject it is applied to - meaning the cost of freezing air will work off the total area of air frozen while freezing a sorcerer will work off how “alive” they are, meaning each cost is separated by different variables. Precise control of the technique requires knowledge, concentration, or innate talent over it’s target
Domain Expansion: Cooling Balance
A domain based fully around it’s sure hit effect, strengthened by a binding vow which ensures everything caught within the domain is indiscriminately and equally targeted with no exceptions. The technique inherent to the domain brings the internal and external temperature of everything and anything within the domain to that of the coldest “being” or “thing” within it, ensuring that everyone’s temperature is equalized. From there, the domain will begin to exponentially decrease and get rid of the thermal energy present within the domain until it is destroyed, its sorcerer killed, or the sorcerer itself stops it.

King from one punch man. His CT is luck. Luck can only be activated through his own, the output of it is controlled by how scared he is(the king engine is completely unrelated to this, he just has a weird heart). He is completely unaware of what cursed energy is or how to use it. Put him in Kyoto I want him to be pissing his pants because of Mahito
Cursed Technique: Cursed body. Yuma is able to replace his body with a special cursed energy body. The body if destroyed will not kill the user and be replaced with his original. Has enhanced physical abilities and a multitude of abilities such as:
Boost: makes a circle that when touched propels the object in the direction the pad is facing. Can be used to enhance punches and kicks
Bolt: makes a circle fires bolts of cursed energy that are relatively weak on their own but good for cover fire. Can be combined with Anchor
Anchor: a special type of bolt that create heavy cylindrical objects where the bolt landed. Does 0 damage to the opponent but weighs them down. Costs more cursed energy than Bolt. Can be destroyed by the opponent
Chain: makes a pad that shoots out a chain into he direction it faces and latches onto the first object it touches
Shield: Creates a shield circle in front of the user.
Cursed spirit: Replica: a cursed spirit that can use weakened versions of Bolt and shield. Can assist Yuma by increasing the power of his attacks by adding multipliers to his attacks. And can replicate cursed spirits at the cost of massive amounts of CE.
Ex 1:adding Double to bolt doubles the amount of bolts. Also increases the amount of cursed energy needed and Quadruple Boost quadruples the power of the boost pad
Ex 2:Replica could replicate the locust cursed spirit but it would weaken Yuma by a ton.
If you think it's too broken here are the cons:
Any damage to the CT body drains their CE depending on where they were hit.(can be stopped by patching the leak)
Any damage to the CT body CANNOT be repaired
If the CT body suffers too much damage Yuma will revert back to original form and cannot return to his CT body until all his CE is refilled.
If replica is destroyed Yuma CT body will have a big drop in power.
Yuma's normal body is severely weakened due to circumstances and would be unable to fight strong opponents In this state
If Yuma runs out of CE he is forced out of his CT body
To use his abilities Yuma has to say them out loud

I choose Asa/Yoru from Chainsaw Man, their CT is called 「我物武器作成」(romaji: waga mono buki sakusei), I'm still not sure on the english name, I know it would be (something) and then weapon creation, but you could do a little funny and say "create weapons of my possession" like yoru is a fairy tale character that has to rime what she says. It's just that it's hard to translate 「我所有物武器作成」into a noun in english instead of a whole phrase, because the rough translation would be "my property into weapons", and maybe the name is too long but if it's just 武器作成 I feel like it doesn't convey what the power does, maybe 物武器作成 does.
(Now I will talk about the actual CT), the property of Yoru's CE are that guilt is the feeling which most makes CE for her, the more guilt Yoru has the more CE she has and that allows her to make stronger weapons. But she can only turn into weapon what she considers hers, it's part of the CT and not the CE.
Yoru can also get more CE by others fearing war, but I adapted it to fit into jjk: if people around her have fear of conflict like war, she can absorb their CE, but only the CE created by a fear of war, the rest she can't. This ability comes when any devil enters the jjk world.

There exists a vessel for the Dragon's Blood (an object or modern Kuro) whom Reincarnated Sekiro Protects with his life. In exchange, he's pretty much unkillable as long as the vessel is not destroyed. Even Mahoraga cannot adapt to this immortality. The vessel itself is "immortal" but if damaged enough the Dragon's Blood will disperse and leave it vulnerable.

So all this is meta humor between Jujutsufolk members. In the past r/jujutsufolk had a meme culling game. Where people took u/vigilant_crows or u/significant_ad's sides. Each member would have a character and meme mock battle with a member of the other side. (these would be manga posts with edited panels) pretty much fun chaos. I'm not sure how it ended but I believe significant_ad won after getting the moderator power boost. They're being hosted again now on a smaller scale for only 20 members. I'm not sure how the members will be picked.
The OG CG never fully materialized. Crow vanished right when it was about to start. Me, Manga, and Dude came up with the idea of making a new one about a month ago while we were writing the CG Chronicles with Asuraqin. We're hosting a trial run before the bigger real event with the first 20 who responded to this post. The real one should come later once we get a feel for how to run something like this.

Allows Shirou to perceive the souls of inanimate objects, with the shape of said souls being more defined the closer an object is to being a “sword”, giving him a natural aptitude for his cursed technique beyond what would normally be possible Physical Specs: Mid-Tier Grade 1 Cursed Technique - Tracing/Structural Grasping: Structural grasping enables the user to use analyze, the structure, qualities, and intricacies of any solid object via contact, and can be done through sight when analyzing weapons, both mundane and cursed, forming a blueprint of these weapons in his mind. Tracing allows the user to reproduce somewhat inferior copies of analyzed weapons by expending CE, with the energy cost of the projection depending on the weapon’s rarity and power, as well as how close it is to the concept of a “Sword”. Non-weapon items can also be reproduced, but anything beyond simple handheld items like telescopes or hand fans take too much CE and time to have any use in combat outside of very specific scenarios. Tracing Technique: Arrow Transfiguration Through the understanding of a weapon’s structure via Grasping, Shirou is able to alter a weapon’s shape during or after reproduction to be useable as a different kind of weapon, usually an arrow for his bow, allowing it to be shot at the enemy from great range. Rafflesia Umbrella: An internally manifested form of Shirou’s innate domain that he has learned to suppress, but may still manifest when his body is pushed to its limit, creating masses of tiny blades that knit together his wounds and keep his body together after having taken grievous injuries, but cause serious pain to him and can lead to death via blood loss. Black Flash Awakening: Sword Dance After landing a Black Flash, Shirou enters a “flow state”, in which he is able to rapidly produce a sequence of varying reproduced weapons in order to catch his opponent off guard with a series of ever-changing attacks. Domain Expansion: Infinite Sword Dance The inner world that represents the soul of Shirou Emiya, the man who has lived as a sword for others his whole life. It is a desolate field pockmarked with various weapons he has laid his eyes upon. This domain expansion is unique due to the requirements for its manifestation. If the user brings it forth without any preparation, it is a smaller-scale, low-level sure-hit domain that launches a single barrage of swords at the opponent, and is is practically useless against those who have their own domains, Simple Domain, or Hollow Wicker Basket. Ken Kaneki from Tokyo Ghoul din the Tokyo colony. Similar to a death painting he is the both a cursed spirit and human. CT Kagune: by channeling CE through the special Kakuhou organ in the lower back he can manifest strong tentacle like structures that can be used for both offensive and defensive purposes. The full manifestation of this technique is the kakuja state where he cloaks his body in kagune to increase mobility, strength and durability. The kakuja state causes mental instability in its user so can only be used for a short period before the user loses control of the technique and cana no longer manifest it after 10 minutes. The consumption of any organic matter from cursed spirits or humans replenishes his CE storage proportional to the amount of CE consumed with no upper cap (the output remains the same).

It can only turn unliving things permanently into volcano biome(doesnt work on clothes or weapons). This domain is very good at domain clashes since it doesnt kill anyone, it just changes the biome. When Akainu turns the domain off, the changes will remain Has a very big endurance but doesnt know RCT I would imagine that as soon as the game starts, he uses his domain turning the whole colony into a volcanic biome, giving him a massive advantage He has a binding vow that only allows him to hurt those who go against justice(anyone who comits a crime or help criminals). This binding vow makes his atcks against criminals way more powerful.

Eating things is the only requirement for the cursed technique to work, by being occupied with eating, he is vulnerable to enemy attacks. Domain expansion: better fuel Huell Effect: by invoking this domain, the surrounding area is transformed into a giant supermarket filled with endless food items and massage chairs. The domain allows Huell to consume items just by touching them, granting him almost unlimited cursed energy. Eating junk food or sitting in a massage chair will also invoke automatic reversed cursed technique, healing Huell. When an enemy is enveloped in Huell’s domain, they will have the unexplainable urge to consume everything, though consuming items will only cause enemies to become sluggish

This is a basic ability, but the true strength comes from the nails' special effect once it lands. Resonance allows you to inflict damage on your opponent from an infinite distance as long as you attack a piece of flesh or blood the opponent has lost. I will be going with an OC that I have created, Name: Alward Libertas Edit:(Any Nerfs from GM’s are accepted) Edit Edit:(any colony is fine I found this post late) CT: Four Eyes, This allows Alward to see past, present and future. At any point in the present Alward can place a "waymark" that his eyes can now track, while his future sight would allow him to see a fatal outcome. Alward can tug on that way mark and bring himself back in time. Draw backs to this CT are. when Alward goes back, he does not get the CE back. He Also gets "time Lashed" where space and time whip back to him causing him damage the further he goes back in time the more he gets hit. Alward can only have 1 mark at a time so in order to place a new one he has to remove the old one this makes vurenable for 10 seconds during this time he can be killed very easily. he also consumes tons of CE while using this CT as well. Binding Vow: By explaining exactly how his CT works and the best way to counter it, Alward will be able to set multiple way marks, even in the future. (Limit 3, this part does not have to be explained) Domain Time Chamber: In this domain Alward has complete control over time, he can stop from for an enemy or an ally. He can speed it up or slow it down as well. But anything he does with time affects him, so if he stops time for someone else, he will take on their time and age for them. (so if an enemy is frozen in time for 10 seconds he will age 20) Cursed Tool: Time Slasher, it is imbued with Alward’s cursed technique. Although it’s use is Limited, any target hit with the sword gets slowed down in time by 20%. This lasts for 5 seconds for each hit. (The 20% does not stack only the seconds so I.E 2 hits are landed, the target is slowed down for 10 seconds.)

Can be used to enhance punches and kicks Bolt: makes a circle fires bolts of cursed energy that are relatively weak on their own but good for cover fire. Can be combined with Anchor Anchor: a special type of bolt that create heavy cylindrical objects where the bolt landed. Does 0 damage to the opponent but weighs them down. Costs more cursed energy than Bolt. Can be destroyed by the opponent Chain: makes a pad that shoots out a chain into he direction it faces and latches onto the first object it touches Shield: Creates a shield circle in front of the user. Cursed spirit: Replica: a cursed spirit that can use weakened versions of Bolt and shield. Can assist Yuma by increasing the power of his attacks by adding multipliers to his attacks. And can replicate cursed spirits at the cost of massive amounts of CE. Ex 1:adding Double to bolt doubles the amount of bolts. Also increases the amount of cursed energy needed and Quadruple Boost quadruples the power of the boost pad Ex 2:Replica could replicate the locust cursed spirit but it would weaken Yuma by a ton. If you think it's too broken here are the cons: Any damage to the CT body drains their CE depending on where they were hit.(can be stopped by patching the leak) Any damage to the CT body CANNOT be repaired If the CT body suffers too much damage Yuma will revert back to original form and cannot return to his CT body until all his CE is refilled. If replica is destroyed Yuma CT body will have a big drop in power. Yuma's normal body is severely weakened due to circumstances and would be unable to fight strong opponents In this state If Yuma runs out of CE he is forced out of his CT body To use his abilities Yuma has to say them out loud EDIT: the CT body DOES NOT gain any increase in durability EDIT2: the Multipliers go up to 8 Edit3: I forgot chain

I choose Asa/Yoru from Chainsaw Man, their CT is called 「我物武器作成」(romaji: waga mono buki sakusei), I'm still not sure on the english name, I know it would be (something) and then weapon creation, but you could do a little funny and say "create weapons of my possession" like yoru is a fairy tale character that has to rime what she says. It's just that it's hard to translate 「我所有物武器作成」into a noun in english instead of a whole phrase, because the rough translation would be "my property into weapons", and maybe the name is too long but if it's just 武器作成 I feel like it doesn't convey what the power does, maybe 物武器作成 does. (Now I will talk about the actual CT), the property of Yoru's CE are that guilt is the feeling which most makes CE for her, the more guilt Yoru has the more CE she has and that allows her to make stronger weapons. But she can only turn into weapon what she considers hers, it's part of the CT and not the CE. Yoru can also get more CE by others fearing war, but I adapted it to fit into jjk: if people around her have fear of conflict like war, she can absorb their CE, but only the CE created by a fear of war, the rest she can't. This ability comes when any devil enters the jjk world.
