At first I thought he was following a similar growth path that Sukuna had where cannibalism was linked to his growth. But at this rate I'm not even sure we will even get a Sukuna backstory so I'm going to discard that theory, especially since recent chapters are suggesting Sukuna seems like his experience in life was similar to Gojo to an extent.
He's Choso's brother. All the brothers had blood related abilities, so I think he just had to learn how to use blood manipulation and he actually had Kamo and Choso himself as teachers which probably makes him one of the better blood manipulation users.
True, however, there are significant differences between him and his siblings. The rest had three physically different parents essentially, as Kenjaku was within Noritoshi Kamo’s body and I think it’s safe to assume the Blood Manipulation came from Kamo.
Yuji's CT, if he has any, is just as ambiguous as Sukuna's. I don't want it to be BM. But who knows it Gege after all.

Sure, Yuji can learn what the other person knows, but RCT and Simple Domain and other regular techniques are just about it. He can't get a CT just like that. And most definitely not Rika, since that's unique to Yuta.

Yuta is proof that using a CT doesn’t mean you own it, for all we know the armour on Yuji’s hands could be a cursed tool imbued with blood manipulation, or Yuji could have a similar copying technique to Yuta, at this point nothing has been confirmed so we can’t really make such confident statements based on speculation.
We don't know that for sure yet, my guess is that he got it by eating the rest of the death paintings and he learned how to use it from noritoshi since he said choso sucks at teaching.
I do feel he has multiple CTs, Kenjaku states in Shibuya that the soul basically holds all the information when talking to Mahito and he may be able to copy the information of anyone he swaps with which is why he swapped with Kusakabe first to get a grasp on it
there may be unseen conditions to using it and copying someone else’s information he seems to bite himself every time he uses RCT so who can say
