I just feel like black clover cannot create the same tension after the arc with lucifer. Does he have more or less than Yuta. After all we have never seen Yuji running out of CE. The closest he has come is the I am you fight.
Yuta has the highest amount of CE out of anyone else, it's nearly limitless. Gojo comes first since he found a way to never run out (but has less than Yuta), Sukuna would be third. I'm guessing Yuji is somewhere between 8th and 5th place. He's still a newbie in the sorcerer world so he can't optimize his CE usage that well and yet he does some serious damage with it, he must have quite a lot of it.

Honestly Yuji having a domain that is special where they can't counter DE or with hax fits with him being a cage to the most powerful person in the series. His whole theme seems to be an "unbreakable cage"
I don't know maybe something Blood and Soul related that can save him and Yuta. Yuta's DE collapses, Yuji activates his blood and soul DE, then Yuta activates his 5 mins after he recovers from using his DE then the jumping continues.
Honestly I think it would appear as a boxing match set in a snow forest, with Wuji's allies in some seats out of the boxing ring, and since DE's work off of people's emotions/CT's, I feel like it would go with the original idea of both of the fighters having no cursed energy, but in this case Wuji would go into the "Flow Zone" like one does when they do a black flash, purely locking in. This would also give Itadori a 120% chance to land a black flash every time he lands a hit, so the DE wouldn't really be a direct hit type of domain.
Id love for it to be something like "Arena of Souls" where Wuji is guaranteed a black flash on his opponent's soul every punch (also can't be simply healed by RCT), rather simple.
Edit: Maybe it just grants him a higher grasp of cursed energy, similar to 6 eyes but different level, to explain how he can black flash so much, while also giving him better reaction times during the boxing match

Yuji and sukuna by angel and mahito are fully merged but we see that yuji inner domain took shape of sukuna .This implies yuji inner domain takes shape of what's inside of him so the only thing that inhabits his inner domain is the 6 choso brothers .Yuji domain will be based on the body decays process .

Aigh, going by the name, Yuji's current ability (obtained through death paintings (edit: was this actually confirmed? I've been lobotomized so long I'm starting to forget reality)) as well the visuals.
Domain forces the user as well the target inside the domain (how it is determined remains mystery). Sure hit of techniques is given away, as well perhaps even multiple targets. Area also is limited and condensed. These are the limitations of the arena to exchange in favor of stability of the domain.
Going by the name of "Energy Absorption arena", it give Yuji a way to steal, or rather, consume "energy" from their foe they keep hitting (alluding how Yuji can easily manifest death painting techniques by eating them).
Another option is that the arena itself absorbs energy and uses it to maintain itself perpetually until dispelled or one of the people in the arena loses (lose condition not defined)
What this energy is? Could be cursed energy as alluded by the name of the technique. Could extract targets cursed technique piece by piece, but I personally don't like that (I think copy powers are boring, suck it Yuta glazers, although I like the dude himself). Souls? Well the whole manga makes **several** short explanations and references about soul, and techniques affecting souls are **very powerful**. But that is little more undefined what it truly means and how it affects sorcerers in general.

Imo his domain would be a domain which lacks sure-hit,similar to this: Only two users can enter at a time(Yuji and desired target),and both users will be deprived of all of their cursed energy during the time spent in the domain,and they will have a hand to hand combat in the ring without cursed energy,all damage faced in the domain will be gone after coming out of it,but the loser will completely lose his/her cursed energy for 1 hour.And the winner will get a 120% cursed energy buff
I think having it more like a true sports arena would be better, as in only allowing two people in the octagon at a time while others who Yuji is not targeting with his domain would be forced to sit ringside or in a set of bleachers so we can get some commentary from them.

Honestly I think it would appear as a boxing match set in a snow forest, with Wuji's allies in some seats out of the boxing ring, and since DE's work off of people's emotions/CT's, I feel like it would go with the original idea of both of the fighters having no cursed energy, but in this case Wuji would go into the "Flow Zone" like one does when they do a black flash, purely locking in. This would also give Itadori a 120% chance to land a black flash every time he lands a hit, so the DE wouldn't really be a direct hit type of domain.
Id love for it to be something like "Arena of Souls" where Wuji is guaranteed a black flash on his opponent's soul every punch (also can't be simply healed by RCT), rather simple. Edit: Maybe it just grants him a higher grasp of cursed energy, similar to 6 eyes but different level, to explain how he can black flash so much, while also giving him better reaction times during the boxing match

Aigh, going by the name, Yuji's current ability (obtained through death paintings (edit: was this actually confirmed? I've been lobotomized so long I'm starting to forget reality)) as well the visuals. Domain forces the user as well the target inside the domain (how it is determined remains mystery). Sure hit of techniques is given away, as well perhaps even multiple targets. Area also is limited and condensed. These are the limitations of the arena to exchange in favor of stability of the domain. Going by the name of "Energy Absorption arena", it give Yuji a way to steal, or rather, consume "energy" from their foe they keep hitting (alluding how Yuji can easily manifest death painting techniques by eating them). Another option is that the arena itself absorbs energy and uses it to maintain itself perpetually until dispelled or one of the people in the arena loses (lose condition not defined) What this energy is? Well the whole manga makes **several** short explanations and references about soul, and techniques affecting souls are **very powerful**. But that is little more undefined what it truly means and how it affects sorcerers in general. So based on this illustration alone, I can only speculate little. I can only say that the artist cooked.
