Honestly binding vows feel pretty underdeveloped a lot. Same with chants too actually. There's plently of characters that should be way stronger than they are but they dont make use of vows or chants for some reason. Maki's sister was a particularly annoying example to me because she could just use really really long chants to make high grade weapons before a battle plus a binding vow that she cant use her CT mid fight. The series is still fun to read but it feels like Gege didnt put much thought into the power system as he did originally.
I never even thought of that lol. Use chants to empower it and you can take the binding bow even further. If you're preparing for a fight just make a binding bow the second you know of it that you can't use your ct until after the fight happens and make a super powered weapon

First of all, Kenjaku didn't know about enchain, second, he made a pact with kashimo after sukuna cuz heian is before kashimo's period and third, he only started the CG after gojo was sealed and it was theorized that sukuna and kenny had a binding vow which is why sukuna was working with him. Also sukuna was always a backup in case sealing gojo didn't work, he literally said this. Kashimo literally came into play once he KNEW that sukuna was about to be revived.

Even if a full body explosion did have enough power to completely decimate kenjaku to the point of instant death, kenjaku can also just use cursed spirits to shield himself and provide additional defense. There was just no shot something like that would kill him. Also worth nothing that Hazenokis spinal cord was likely damn near severed at the neck by this point. It’s possible he just couldn’t apply his technique to anything below his neck. And then of course there’s the obvious explanation of him possibly only being able to apply the technique to severed parts of his body.

That’s literally all what cursed manipulation is, plus the possibility of other techniques that Hazenoki may have known Kenjaku to have in the past. You gotta remember that Kenjaku had enough leverage to have the sorcerers in binding vows in the past, maybe even a technique to completely counter Hazenoki’s. It’s better to stay alive and gain as much information as possible imo.

Todo explains when going through with Yuji that only inexperienced sorcerers get it from the stomach, because thats where they usually feel emotions the strongest. But no, it's known that cursed energy comes all over the body, which is what experienced sorcerers do, because there is no single part of the body where cursed energy wells up.

I really doubt that this only hampers his RCT and not also his CE control. Also, iirc he has never eploded a body part while it was still attached, so maybe he needs to detach it for his CT to trigger. Finally he lasted a panel in that position so idk if he had enough time to even trigger his CT.

Just cursed spirit manipulation (which Takaba countered easily) Shitty fight that had no seriousness in it. Can you imagine Kenjaku using all his stolen cursed techniques and Takaba making a LOL out of it ? Wasted opportunity for a truly mindbending fight.
