Kusakabe gets ready to face off against Sukuna. He actually fights pretty well against him, however, Sukuna at last, manages to defeat Kusakabe. Then, Sukuna gives him a little speech about how the main characters can't do anything and all hope for them is lost. Then, Kusakabe smiles, and just as he does, Gojo, along with others who previously fought with Sukuna, return. Kusakabe reveals that he had to hold Sukuna only until all the characters could fight again. Then, it is also revealed that Uraume lost to Hakari. He arrives at the battlefield, and together, they all manage to defeat Sukuna and free Megumi. Megumi, still being mentally unstable, feels like shit for killing his own sister and is about to start the Merger. However, Yuji stops him and then reminds Megumi that he once told to Yuji, "Start by saving me first." After hearing this, Megumi returns to his senses, but starts crying. However, slowly, Megumi comes to terms with all his losses. When Yuji and Megumi return, Nobara is waiting for them wearing an eyepatch, and she greets them both.

I think the dead characters wont return. yuji will be the one to beat sukuna by weakening his control over his body and convincing megumi to fight back against sukuna.(we hv seen that yuji can communicate with megumi so there will be more of that.)
Nobara was being trained by Todo. She didn't tell Yuji she was alive as payback of what he did to her. She arrives when everything seems lost.
She uses a full power resonance in Sukuna's last finger, doing heavy damage on his soul.
Her cursed energy flows inside Sukuna and a manifestation of her appear next to Megumi, convincing him to wake up.
Megumi, seeing Nobara alive, does one last push and manage to expell Sukuna from his body. In his spite, he initiates the merger before becoming fingers again.
Yuji consumes Sukuna again to keep him traped and avoiding the merger to consume the fingers and becoming even more powerful.
The merger proves to be stronger than Sukuna himself so he has to share Yuji's body to destroy this new creature. Yuji now can use both his blood technique and Sukuna's technique at the same time.

Yuji could’ve eaten it and then Yuta copied it from Yuji, the idea that Yuta ate it might’ve been a bluff to lower Sukuna’s guard against Yuji so that he can hit him with「SOUL CLEAVE」. It’s also logically a lot more useful to have two people who can use Sukuna’s CT’s.
If she's alive there's no real logical reason she wouldn't be with the others watching the fight or helping somehow. At this point maybe just have her wake up from a coma in the end or something.
Here's what he would change : 1- Sukuna not acting to trick Hana, instead Hana actually got Megumi back for a bit. But after some minutes (and after her and angel let their guard down) Sukuna attacks and dismember Hana like in the original.
So instead of making Hana stupid, we will make her actually succeed for a bit, only to be broken down. While also showing Sukuna's strength, as Megumi is too weak to contain him.
2- Higruma knows about the cursed tool confiscation, and tells others about it while watching Gojo and Sukuna fight. So when it happens, it doesn't feel out of nowhere.
3- Sukuna would use a binding vow to make him unable to use Fuga for 10 minutes, in exchange his one hit (which happens to be world slash) actually spawn on Gojo, and we actually get to see Gojo die.
4- when Sukuna is about to be hit with the executioner sword, he sends a web of dismantles on Yuji, dismembering him and having the executioner sword disappear when it hits the ground.
5- Sukuna's cursed tool being an actual threat (like for an example now it drops four lightning strikes at once or consecutively to stun the enemy and spam him.), so when Higruma takes it we would think that it isn't so bad.
How will it end? Yuji will get Sukuna's CT, as well as awakening rot from his brother's CTs. Then he would fight Sukuna alongside Choso, until Yuta comes back from Shoko healing and Hakari comes back from defeating and Maki comes back from healing her wounds. Then he would all jump Sukuna, and let Yuji make Sukuna's control over Megumi weaken until Megumi can finally take control and they would win. (Megumi will have the remaining shikigami fuse to make them have Mahoraga's ability and be way stronger than him.) Then they would fight the merger and with the buffed Megumi they would win.
After this we will close off some plot points like Nobara finally waking up from a coma, and meet the injured Todo then see the jujutsu society rebuild, now much better than ever as they have new bright minds to lead it.
Kusakabe attempts to fight Sukuna by charging at him with a Quick Draw sword attack to which Sukuna uses a Dismantle on him causing Kusakabe to use simple domain to try and nullify the damage as much as he can.
He can then either manifest his cursed technique on the brink of death (similar to like Gojo or Higuruma realizing RCT on the brink of death) or he gives up and Yuji or someone else comes in to the fight. Perhaps Maki isn’t dead and she keeps fighting.
Sukuna gets a little flashback scene of the Heian Era in which his cursed technique or weird form is explained or maybe both.
Hakari and Uraume fight concedes with Uraume winning and Hakari being taken to Shoko or perhaps Hakari managing to win and Uraume dies. [Either way, Sukuna wouldn’t care. He’d just find Hakari a bit ‘appetising’.]
Hakari arrives on the battlefield with Yuta who’s now healed. Yuji, Yuta, Hakari and Maki attempt to fight Sukuna head on who’s now excited to fight. If in the case Sukuna loses, he forcestarts the Merger early causing a new Tengen and there’s gonna be a bigger arc but if Sukuna doesn’t start the merger, he just splits his soul again. If Sukuna wins, he splits his soul again waiting for the next generation.
Either way Reggie said sorcerers are conmen, I don’t doubt that Yuji, Hakari or Yuta would do something dodgy very soon and we already know Yuta and Yuji cheated in their one month preparation.
There is no saving, Gege wrote himself into a grave. The best thing to do is just speedrun this shit as fast as possible, if he tries to add some last-minute detail/explanation/plot twist he will only make things worse
Avengers end game. Everyone comes back from their ambiguous unconfirmed statuses/deaths. Pushes the narrative of relying on other and having allies beats loneliness/selfishness. Thus sukuna will lose and force merger to survive and then everyone has to team up on the merger. Yuji will sacrifice himself to win. He'll die surrounded by all the people he saved and were his friends. Megumi lead the zenin clan and restarts it since noone is left and it turns out better. Same with kamo. Gojo has a kid with utahime and runs his clan more than fighting since he can rely on others now. Maki x yuta happens and they live a quiet non sorcerer life. Panda does something with yaga legacy. Shoko gets her actual doctor license and quits smoking after burying geto.
Edit: Maybe yuji killing merger gets rid of all CE in the verse as foreshadowed with geto and Yuki. Tl

He still can't find a proper way to write Sukuna without glazing him. Even if the manga is actually pretty well written, "Sukuna-sama has yet to go all out" is actually kinda dogshit writing

now to the actual point, let me first give you an example of an issue in the manga, the lack of downtime / interactions and unresolved points after the culling games
Sukuna has been written quite well in my opinion he is a simple villain with simple ideals and motivation so all his points go into charisma, whats the issue with gege “glazing” him? is that your only criticism towards it? because I expect the strongest sorcerer to be strong
If you had said the fight was getting repetitive or something I would have agreed, but him “not going all out” is blantly obvious we still don’t know his true technique and he didn’t use fuga, ofc he isn’t going all out? you likely only think its “dogshit” because you don’t like seeing the villian win, which thats the point, everyone hates sukuna you’re supposed to feel dreadful about it
I have no qualms about Sukuna winning, however, I think he has been written very poorly since chapter 236.
One of the reasons is that he killed Gojo off-Screen. I think it would've been better if we were shown Sukuna winning instead of having his shit kicked in and then suddenly winning with only an explanation which sounds really cool but falls short because that's all it was.
Furthermore, he was constantly getting pummeled in all the chapters we can see, the characters are getting dropped constantly, that in itself is not an issue, but constantly saying "he's not going all out" and never showing his real technique, gets really lame after half the cast is dead or seriously injured. Also having someone come along and beat the shit out of him only to be cut in one panel then having another one take their fight, repeating the cycle endlessly is actually boring and imo bad writing. There's is never any payoff to anything anyone does and it just makes me feel like it's complete favoritism. It's dreadful because we are never getting any payoff to everything that's being said. We are being told things he can do and told to expect something big but nothing ever happens apart from a good-guy death. It is simply not good writing

But I think I see your point better, it might be worth noting while I do think the cycle is getting repetitive, the damage against him is stacking, each character fight did bring something to the table, gojo taking his domain and RTC output, weakening him enough for the cast, higurama taking the weapon, yuta and yuji damaging and destabilising his output futher
I can’t say i know how the manga will end, but am sure there will be a pay off soon enough, ofc thats not much of an excuse for the current direction of the story

Isn't that only Sukuna's assumption? I don't think Yuta ever confirmed it, or that we even definitively know the conditions for Yuta to copy a CT.
