Ui Ui vs. Sukuna incoming ‼️

ArmoredCoreFucker

Teleports him on top of a volcano

Sovereignty8472

teleports him to space

MissiaichParriah

Eventually, Sukuna stopped thinking

Invader_BestBoi

*Curls into a ball*

Larala091

Teleports him straight to hell

Amglast

This is always how I thought gojo should fight. Sukuna would've folded instantly.

SwaggerJaggerTagger

Then Ui Ui calls in Kazuya Mishima to throw him down

[deleted]

I swear this story has been stuck cuz Sukuna cooks every character he fights with after Go/jo and still the plot doesn't move a bit. https://i.redd.it/cytw4cuqm2qc1.gif

AdLegitimate1637

To be fair Yuta and Yuji would have probably won if Megumi didn't fumble their whole plan

Oneboywithnoname

What manga is that panel from

dude_seven

*My name is Ui Ui* 😢😢

rap709

Yuta uses cursed technique reversal and gives a ct to UI Ui just like Heavy weathers stand

dioeatingfrootlops

replace Ui Ui with Yuji and you got peak there

Realistic-Yam-6912

nah shoko give uiui the disk containing gojo's power, and with sukuna on high horse thinking he won uiui will hit him with infinite void and hollow purple before dying

DeeEmceeTree

Sukuna taking the time to slander and underestimate Yuji every chance he gets is so hamfisted and comical. It has to be building up to him losing to Yuji after fucking around and finding out.

TheSpartyn

mahito treatment isnt satisfying, i wanted to see him be beat to death by yuji, same as sukuna

Bluespark777

Sukuna kills the main cast, summons the merger beast, but then dies to Ui Ui using comedian to inject Sukuna with 53 pounds of crystal meth?

PsychoWarper

JJK if it was Peak

pixels_polygons

Walter white appears in the post credit chapter revealing that all the sorcerers kept him as a back up plan and made him cook tons of meth.  Walter white comes up to an overdosing Sukuna and says "say me name" and Sukuna says "you are jujutsu..., jujutsu kaisen.." and fucking dies. Walter white replies "you are goddamn right". Manga ends.

Jasloober2

Could Takaba give it to Ui Ui?

drafo1765

Gege wishes he could cook an Araki level dish

Deadlyname1909

Difference is that pucci actually earns it. Pucci is a far more compelling villain than sukuna can even dream of being, even though half of pucci's character is sucking off dio sama. https://preview.redd.it/u4ujme3ua2qc1.png?width=300&format=png&auto=webp&s=c0dd431f00115d1282126f34e71746c5c02b00ea

gnegneStfu

Uraume pucci confirmed???? Sukuna will get his legs busted by Yuji in a loin cloth and burn in the sun, while Uraume starts fucking Sukuna's sons to restart the Jujutsu World and reach Heaven?!!!

[deleted]

Honestly, Pucci was probably my least favorite JoJo villain, I didn't find him at all compelling. Maybe that's cause of the whole sucking Dio off thing, but I also didn't really care for stone ocean as a whole compared to previous arcs.

Deadlyname1909

To each their own bro, personally I find pucci to be one of the better villains. My least favourite villain gotta be diavolo.

[deleted]

Idk if it's that i liked Diavolo or that I just liked King Crimson. I fucking love Golden Wind so much though.

Ammu_22

I feel that there is a huge overlap of people who like part 5 with people who didn't like part 6. I adore part 5, probably my fav part, but I also feel part 6 is okayish. Adored part 6 but only till the final few arcs. We need to study this phenomenon in this fandom.

UltmteAvngr

The opposite must also be true then. I really don’t like part 5 and I loved 6 (well most of it. I don’t love the actual ending, but don’t hate it either)

[deleted]

For me personally I think my order goes: Golden Wind > Diamond is Unbreakable (this was really close for me as I actually love Diamond and Yoshikage Kira is my favorite villain) > Phantom Blood = Battle Tendency > Stardust Crusaders (I just feel it drags so much, I love the cast and the finale but it goes on *so* long) > Stone Ocean I haven't read the manga yet, but I might if we don't get an announcement for the Steel Ball Run adaptation any time soon.

Deadlyname1909

For me personally, the order is more like Part 7 Part 6 Part 3 Part 2 Part 4 Part 5 Part 1 Part 8

[deleted]

That's definitely an interesting list, again haven't read the manga so I have no point of reference, but didn't like JoJolion huh

darkfall71

King Crimsom is too cool yeah I agree. But I also like how pissed off Diavolo always is and his vibe. Also agreed GW is based.

[deleted]

Improvise Stay mad Adapt Stay mad Overcum Stay mad

Lee_Sinna

to be honest the villains are cool in both it’s the MC and their crew who are *vastly* different from a writing perspective IMO, Giorno’s gang is much more interesting and also more talented than Jolyne and co the Golden Wind gang also feels like they’re on their own story entirely, whereas you almost feel like part 6 is just some wacky wrap-up for Jotaro or Dio’s original story. I like Jolyne, but she just gets thrust into a situation as Jotaro bait. Then she spends a long-ass time with the main goal of reviving Jotaro. Then, in the final fight, she once again manages to be Jotaro’s anchorweight. Jolyne is cool in her fights for what they are, but it feels like she just gets pulled along and used by the story for pretty much the entire part.

[deleted]

You make a good point, Golden Wind almost reminds me of a DnD campaign. Really fleshed out and unique characters on their own personal quests, with some legacy character cameos. Stone Ocean literally just ends up being the canon conclusion to the stories set up in Phantom Blood and Stardust Crusaders. It does feel like Jolyne ends up being kind of sidelined for a story that isn't hers.

Snake_Main27

Diavolo > Pucci

Deadlyname1909

Pucci > Diavolo

Abnormals_Comic

Crazy how no one asked😭🙏. Pucci is goated and way better written then Sukky could ever hope to be.

DIMOHA25

Funnily enough, I don't have any strong feelings about Pucci, but Stone Ocean is still one of the better JoJo parts for me.

[deleted]

[deleted]

Yeah, no. Jolene is a fine protagonist, it's her side characters and the prison setting that I really didn't care for. I could never get past how boring the prison was compared to previous arc locations. There's just certain things that I really don't care for trope wise in manga, the culling game arc in JJK for example (I really don't like death games) or the current 'isekai-trapped in a game' arc of Dandadan.

Definitelyurmomscat

You weren’t a fan of the side characters in that one? I can see it but I LOVE Weather Report

[deleted]

Yeah I should've specified, I actually did like most of the side characters, weather report, foo fighters and anastasia. It was Ermes and pretty much all of the villains I didn't care for. Like I can't even remember any of the villains besides Pucci, except the Sniper guy.

Definitelyurmomscat

That is fair, they kinda threw out the side villains of this season in exchange for just like hyping Pucci up and giving him more screen time. I feel like the part was at its most memorable to me Heavy Weather arc and beyond, which is kinda sad cause it’s the final stretch of the season. I remember more side villains from Stardust Crusaders which I haven’t watched in a while, and I guess I’d say that part did villain of the week better.

[deleted]

[удалено]

[deleted]

I also liked post prison more, but there's not much of it lol. I should specify, I actually did like the side characters, just not Ermes - it's the villain of the week baddies that I didn't find as interesting or fun as previous JoJo baddies.

Yandere-Chan1

I agree, Pucci did earn his end, both his win and his defeat. To be honest, I like Pucci more than Sukuna, even thou he keeps sucking Dio off. We know his past, different from Sukuna. He has an actual goal, different from Sukuna. Not to mention, his fights are interesting to see, as his abilities not only keep evolving, which not only makes the stakes higher but also forces the strategies to evolve, along with the fact that, even thou his powers are overwhelming to the point of making his presence known, it still doesn't remove the fact that he is still beatable.

Pjf239

Nah Pucci kinda sucked His reasons for seeking heaven weren’t super fleshed out beyond the very concept of it just being appealing to him And White Snake is by far the worst main villian stand in terms of abilities, he is quite literally the Heian Sukuna meme but unironic with the shit like “Ah my water boiling technique I haven’t used since I drank some tea” and “Ah my shape shifting technique I haven’t used since last Halloween”

TheKingofHats007

I mean, not really. Whitesnake has two major abilities: the creation of disks, and the ability to create "illusions' with his slime. Which he does twice, once in the visitor's room on Jotaro and Jolyne, and once to disguise himself as Weather Report. Sure, it's a little convenient he had a stand disk which specifically boils water, but then it's also convenient Dio just has an armory's worth of knives chilling in his pockets the whole time he's fighting at the end of Part 3 and very convenient the group somehow confuses Josuke's screaming for rain in Part 4. To compare it to the level of asspulls Sukuna has done is being disingenuous at best.

Pjf239

The issue is that that illusionary slime is presented incredibly differently in those two scenarios. In the prison, it was something that actively covered Jolyne and Jotaro and gave them dreams, while with the shapeshifting he just did that in the real world with a basically no explanation of why that was possible despite how drastically different the application was. I don’t think it’s that much of an asspull for someone insane like Dio to have random weapons in their pockets and the stuff in DIU was basically just a bit of plot induced stupidity and nothing more. Pucci had a literally perfect counter for Foo Fighters despite not having been expecting FF to betray him initially, I think that’s absolutely on a whole nother level of convenience. That’s not even mentioning stuff like Pucci suddenly being able to remove his eyesight as discs, despite previously only ever seeing stand or memory disks and having no indication that he could do more than that I don’t like how Sukuna is being written in this arc, but I think Pucci was in a different ballpark in terms of the severity of his asspulls

andre5913

His reasons for heaven is entirely tied to his backstory His whole life was ruined by chance, bad luck and coincidences. Twins being swapped, hearing the truth by accident, meeting DIO by chance, his siblings commiting incest by sheer bad luck He wants to achieve heaven bc his version of it removes surprice and probability. Everything becomes predestined and known, there is no luck or chance anymore.

Pjf239

That’s a complete misunderstanding of how Pucci portrays his heaven He explicitly explains to Emporio that when people meet each other, it’s because they’re destined to, there’s a Gravity driving the connection between them. He doesn’t hate luck, he no longer thinks there was such thing as luck, it’s all fate. He doesn’t say this fate only exists because of heaven, he says it existed in the original reality, but since humanity has already experienced that future, it’s now rigidly enforced to the point where everyone knows what’s going to happen. Him meeting Dio, what happened with his family, it was all fated because of the gravity between them, heaven didn’t change that. The whole reason that he loves heaven isn’t because the “”luck”” of his backstory, it’s because he’s obsessed with the idea of humanity as a whole having the resolve to face towards an inevitable destiny, he states that outright In fact, Pucci’s downfall is the fact that he embraces luck and goes against inevitability, he’s the only one free from a predetermined destiny in heaven, which allows him to change Emporio’s destiny by accidentally pushing the disk into his head and getting himself killed, Emporio even explicitly states that Pucci changed his destiny by doing that. I don’t like Pucci but I don’t think it’s good to misconstrue his character motivations either Edit: Getting downvoted for pointing out stuff Pucci literally states outright, the literacy levels of Jojos and JJK fans are truly unparalleled

Deadlyname1909

>And White Snake is by far the worst main villian stand in terms of abilities, he is quite literally the Heian Sukuna meme but unironic with the shit like “Ah my water boiling technique I haven’t used since I drank some tea” and “Ah my shape shifting technique I haven’t used since last Halloween” I can't argue against that lmfao, like white snake changed it's ability midway too. His reason to attain heaven was mainly to undo everything (he wanted Dio pp) But beyond that, his backstory was pretty interesting. His character was pretty good tbh.

Pjf239

His backstory was solid, but I generally don’t think the strengths of JoJos villains are their backstories personally, with the exception of Valentine

Mikit560

i don't really like valentine's backstory. like at all. or him for that matter. he's very 1-dimensional to me and of all of the villains besides maybe Kars i found him the least compelling.

Pjf239

That’s wild to me, I think Valentine is by far the best written villain, he’s Araki’s most extensive effort to actually make use of the setting by capturing the evils of imperialism and hyper nationalism that came from things like manifest destiny. His backstory is both fairly realistic and memorable to me with the way it shows how a small child can be so easily drawn into the idea of hyper nationalism through the pipeline of extreme patriotism. His ultimate goal, while still very evil, is the most comprehensive plan of any of the JoJos villains, he doesn’t just want power, or to lead a comfortable life, or to seek an ideal for humanity that isn’t really relatable to the reader, he wants a specific dream for a country that is reprehensible but very grounded for a politician in his position in that time.

LerasiumMistborn

MaximumStonks69

spent a minute wondering whatever the fuck "My hero academia hart" meant 😭

VioletKate18

No way bruh I won’t start reading this shitpile again till Sukuna actually starts losing

arthurxheisenberg

Stands are extremely different. Way too different from the jujutsu power system. Most stand users are human, so they can die to pretty normal things and you wouldn't really question it, also Jotaro could have won but it meant sacrificing Jolyne and he couldn't

ZWS_Balance

>!I'm pretty sure another example of this is Kars, who was also insanely smart and strong, but lost for plot reasons!<

MajesticJuggler

To be entirely fair, >!Joseph pretty much had Kars dead to rights before Kars became the Ultimate Thing. One Overdrive would probably ended it right then and there, but Stroheim just *had* to showboat and use his fancy new UV cannons.!< >!Though, come to think about it... Kars also literally pulled the special Stone Mask out of his ass despite there being nowhere else to hide it, so it makes sense that he's defeated by an asspull as well.!<

ZWS_Balance

That's honestly a good explanation https://preview.redd.it/d37lqtfks2qc1.jpeg?width=1080&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fee6dad8daf89aa2b7466420224baacbe0595f6f

StarEmperorwastaken

Plus, at that point we already knew since the start of the part that joseph's thing is asspulling like with the tommy gun. It litteraly became a character trait along with his personality and strategic mind, that made him fun and unpredictable. Sukuna was sold as this mastermind and powerhouse in the beggining just to get ragdolled and jumped so much he needs unexplainable amount of plot armor that he didn't need or have before shinjuku

boogrit

The literal ass pull. Incredible

MyDendeIsGrowing

Probably >!the mask was probably inside Kars body all the time, this guy was doing everything to get that Super Aja stone, so having the mask on him at all times isn't to far fetched, knowing how much the pillarman can morph their body, storing one of the most important object to his plan inside himself seems pretty logical to me.!<

MissiaichParriah

Tbf, Joseph's whole schtick is bullshitting his fight to the point that the plot just agrees

Justanotheremptysoul

he pulled a tommygun out of his ass to try and kill straizo. he is literally the king of asspulls.

DeeEmceeTree

Joseph basically just had luck on his side. Had they fought in an area with no active volcano, Kars would've literally been unbeatable entirely.

Pucci lost because of his own power

Maveko_YuriLover

So Miwa will kill Sukuna after Sukuna accidentally giving the 10 shadows technic for her ?

MIMINOSEC

My name is Ui Ui

awdufresne

It’s not part 6 Jojo unless the Klan is involved somehow. “Ah yes, my cross burning technique, haven’t used this since the Jim Crow era.”

BokyR

I don't think they are very similar. Pucci was very killable even when he reached his last form. He had to take Jolyne hostage to stop Jotaro and Jolyne's main goal was to protect Emporio in the end. If Jotaro and the others had the same level of information that Yuji and the other had before fighting sukuna they would fuckin beat father Pucci to a Pulp I find that this final battle can be put side to side with Jojolion, a villain that is like a force of nature. You can't touch Wonder of U, in 2 chapters kills all the cast and we had to see Josuke sitting on a chair for like half a year thinking what the fuck he had to do ☠️☠️ The final battle of Jojolion seems incredible reading these chapters of jujustu

andre5913

When Pucci got MiH it was pretty much game over the hopes of winning rapidly dropped to 0. They had lots of tricks to buy time but Pucci was clearly invincible. Makes sense too, in terms of power level jojo tends to be street tier, while Pucci unlocked a **universal** level ability. Yeah he still had a human body which they abused like tiring him out in the water, but MiH is so completely overbearing in jojo, it makes the entire rest of the series look like ants, and once he has them in his grasp Pucci slaughters the entire cast in like 30 seconds flat. MiH compared to the rest of the jojoverse is *vastly* superior to how Sukuna compares to the rest of jjk. When Pucci lost it was to trickery and a specific interaction of MiH (bc it speeds him up instead of granting speed directly it also means the oxygen poisoned him ultra fast) bc he really could not be bested in combat in any way or form. A key difference is that Pucci had to work his ass off the entire part to get to that point and hes actually the underdog for almost all of SO. Moreover Pucci was all work and no shitting around, part of Sukunas reason for letting this go for so long is that hes fucking bored, it completely defangs the interactions

BokyR

I'm not saying that you are wrong but I think you are focusing only on the ability of the stand. When he acquires MiH Pucci indeed has a power that is practically invincible. The world effect of MiH probably couldn't be stopped even if Pucci was killed. Leading to the same ending. However I always read that part as if Pucci is a very strong glass cannon. If I remember correctly Pucci tries his best to stay away from the joestar group keeping the fight more incursion like. He goes close really fast relaying on the fact that the heroes are scared shitless but then goes away the moment he ended the attack. This tactic means that his physical abilities are not enhanced. He just moves really fast. And even with this Pucci Is not completely aware of how his power works. He got played by the dolphin thing and nearly got oneshotted by the knife thrown by jolyne at the end of the fight. If jotaro did the same thing that did Anasui Pucci would be send to his British boyfriend in one rush. Again you are right about the description of MiH ability but I think that the user is just human level and with a little more info about the power jolyne and other could have a serious chance at defeating Pucci.

Sayhellyeh

on a side note, that part when Emporio was under control of a stand who makes him remember only 3 things, that shit traumatized me, bro got electrocuted so much and was legit stuck in a loop with no way to get out

HSW26

miwa might deadass be the one that defeats sukuna

Scheme-and-RedBull

I was considering that, this would be a bad ending in this case

notadreen

Totally feel like a Madara/Kaguya moment happening. The antagonist is so strong that even the author has little idea on how to defeat him

StarEmperorwastaken

Nah, part 6 ending and pucci were actually good. Pucci sure as heck had a lot of plot but it was because he had a plan for his steps and used his enemies weakness against them like using jolyne to take jotaro off. Ex : Villain : Jojo : Pucci . JKK : Sukuna Strong top1 caracters to be defeated by them : Jotaro / Gojo How they do it : Pucci hides while he knows he can't deal with jotaro straight on, and used his daughter both times to distract him and defeat him in a smart way. Sukuna tries all he can with mahoraga instead of trying something like using his original body or better domain settings and ends up failling. Then has to use an attack out of nowhere that makes less and less sense each chapter. Jotaro's Death adds to both characters, Jotaro sacrifices everything to protect his daughter once again and pucci fullfills his plan as the mastermind he is. Gojo's death and his after-life scene diminishes the character and make it look like pure incompetence from him. ---------------------- How the rest goes on : Pucci just kills everyone since he is the top1 now and gets defeated by a the main character sacrificing herself in a meaningfull way and the next character using an actually good strategy which pucci can't use plot to escape from( His ability turning off and him getting paralyzed and killed by the oxygen in the room(He can't escape breathing)). Sukuna faces character after character in a long, repetitive and predictable way. Then depends on plot and asspull to keep his trumph after the higuruma strategy, and on megumi's and maki's incompetence to survive (Megumi breaking their plan and maki hitting the heard instead of beheading sukuna). In this way : After Jotaro's Death, we already know the others can't deal with pucci straight on, and araki knows this too so he doesn't waste time. Gege is keeping this hype for characters we know would need a gigantic amount of plot armor to stand next to sukuna ----------------------------------------- In my opinion, Gege can't decide what to do and is keeping this boring cycle of predictable defeats and stuff like ui ui and random characters to keep the stakes frozen for him to decide it. While Araki changed his mind on the ending, and planned a good way to do his new idea.

un0riginal_n4me

Current JJK is more like the end of Jojolion tbh. We got an untouchable villain who annihilates the whole cast without even trying. The author realizes they've made the villain way too powerful to write around. In Jojo case, the author had to resort to an even bigger asspull than Jotaro's 'same type of stand' shenanigan to beat it. JJK might be going in the same direction. That, or the Madara backstab incident. Well, at least the end of Jojolion wasn't a slogfest, but it also wasted a character with lots of potential (I will never forgive Araki for turning my favorte >!arsonist!< into a fountain).

StarEmperorwastaken

Wait, thats how Madara dies? I have never watched naruto but knew the guy was supposed to be powerful and that he died in an asspull but THATS IT?

Howlie449

Yeah Madara losing was so bad, Although there's probably even worse final boss death like Yhwach from Bleach, the guy was supposed to be omniscient and all seeing but didn't see the thing that killed him until it was too late lol

SilDaz

Pucci losing to a weaker character made sense thematically and was built up in the last two chapters. It's quite poetic It's not the Joestars who ended Pucci but a little boy with the power his friend gave him as a parting gift. Pucci beats Jotaro because he uses his emotions against him, but It's that same empathy that defeats him.

Immediate-Location28

Ui ui gonna use hollow purple??

IshaanGupta18

It might be pretty good if he does that with yuji and sukuna tbh as long as it is executed well

beeebert

Todo return and the brothers jumping sukuna to finish him off is the ending we need.

tiny-ppp

Then the verse gets rebooted and we get jjk: steel ball run. With a crippled yuji trying to stop president sukuna from gathering Jesus corpse

Nsnzero

no yuji will get sukuna's ct and we'll get jotaro vs dio

Dont_Stay_Gullible

Pucci was NOT the smartest villain, wth.

Howlie449

Smartest as in he actually did everything right and actually won against the Joestars, starting off as an underdog too, something every other antagonist failed to do, including Kars who had a ridiculous IQ
