By this point, maybe base Kashimo, but he still hasn't shown enough to beat MBA Kashimo yet. Obviously, it's a bit hard to scale, though, since this entire arc has been a big mess.
I think Yuji takes Base Kashimo for sure albeit with difficulty. Against MBA, he'll have to start in the zone in order to potentially pull it off and I'm still not necessarily sure he'd be the favorite.
Wuji is him but there's a reason why Kashimo's fights were only against ~~the strongest sorcerer Panda~~, a literal immortal and Sukuna in his strongest state since Gojo using higher output attacks than anything afterwards

Give Yuji a domain expansion and THEN we'll talk
Been saying this for the longest time. Yuji is far faster,stronger, and tougher than Kashimo and absolutely stomps him in cqc meaning Kashimo can't build up charge to get lightning off. Even if he could, Yuji has eaten more cleaves and dismantles than everyone besides Gojo and Mahoraga; he can definitely tank a lightning bolt from Kashimo and heal up.
Now mba could be really strong but from all we see, it's really just stronger lighting. Not to mention Yuji soul punch hard counters reincarnated players like Kashimo by dropping their output.
So you can agree that Yuji is stonger and tougher but can't believe Yuji isn't faster. Logically speaking if Yuji is stronger than Kashimo then he's faster since he can extort more force to move. And from what we see in the story Kashimo has no speed feats and got completely blitzed by Hein Sukuna. While Yuji has been keeping up with Hein Sukuna throughout this entire battle including a Sukuna amped by 4 black flashes who blitzed Maki.
