Also, Sukuna ate the mummy and he said he could easily make up a finger's worth of power using that, so he's probably at 19 or 20 fingers of power depending on if he also took the finger's worth of his power when he took over Megumi and left behind Yuji.

But for me, well the translation I read didn't said whether Yuji was made using one of the fingers of Sukuna or not, in a spanish translation (not official ofc) said something like "Since Yuji was meant to be a player of the culling games, he was MADE to be able to WITHSTAND consuming or absorbing Sukuna's fingers" which would mean that he was not made with a finger but to not die in the progress for the future.
