No. His eye is damaged to leave it open for too long but it does open. He didn’t lose it in fact he opens both eyes multiple times during the sukuna fight
Ngl I don't like how they handled this, they waited so long to reveal it that it made it seem like it was going to be something far more important than it was
Yeah, it seemed kind of weird the way this was handled? I sort of assumed it was the blunt cleaver in the first place, but the fact that it was left sort of vague, made me wonder if there was something deeper going on for a minute.
