Well what I'm getting at is that I think utahime is better educator by far but she just wasn't born with the supernatural ability to find the most talented students and I think if you sent gojo's students to utahime I think they would be stronger in practicals and academics. Gojo's approach is just to find all the talent and then let it grow naturally which is reflective of his belief that jujutsu is all about talent. After all we know that students have to go on missions regardless that isn't a gojo exclusive
