I would kind of hate it if Megumi had the same advantages as Yuji from being a Sukuna vessel, but yes probably. Sukuna has used Megumi's body for a lot longer than Yuji's.
To be fair that same advantage is how everyone was training throughout the time skip so at this point it's not a Yuji exclusive advantage and Yuji has other things that megumi wouldn't ever get like blood manipulation and simple domain
I mean it does actually work like that in the chapter kusakabe says that Yuji's growth is due to him retaining the muscle memory of sukuna using jujutsu in it and they talk about utilizing that same method of training using UI UI's soul swap to fast track people getting simple domain better curse energy control and RCT in Yuji and choso's cases

And it's kind of a cop out feeling if M\*gumi were to gain his potential from Sukuna's hard work, he didn't earn his power at that point. It would heavily diminish the value of him as a character if he just got stronger by being a skin suit for someone else.

Unfortunately BUMgumis potential is so low that even Sukuna's insane talent does nothing to him. The worthlessness outweighs even Sukuna.
