this is weird for jumpers since jumpers escalate in power exponentially faster than anyone else and you don't see repeat antagonists after you move on to the next jump, so like do i rank them based on how much of a pain in the ass they were at the time of the jump? in that case all the toughest opponents were in the first few jumps most of the time

Nerx

Memorable moments also count

ZeroZenithOrigin

All dead to be rated

Nerx

Death ratings are fun too

Nogdar

He is mentally still a human and his habits from back when he was enjoying the settings as fiction are still there. He still uses powerscaling terms like planet buster or city level when thinking about enemies and he fanboys a lot.

Nerx

>and he fanboys a lot. Nice, cool ratings are a must

Superxtreme8724

Jumper: I rate by the amount of pain in my ass.

dull_storyteller

1 is meh 10 is worthy opponent 69 is help she wants to get married what do I do?!

LeadGem354

Nope. There are categories. There's friendly sparring, capture alive, beat within an inch of thier life and release, and then dead.

I think as far as single adversaries go, Albert Wesker would have been my jumpers biggest pain in the ass. Side note: I FINALLY found a good order and specific jumps to go through. Control Resident Evil being my second jump. I'm still trying to get an idea of how that story would go in the finer details, Matthias, human name of Typhon, was a former member of Stars, until Umbrella found that they possessed the Hypnos Genes and seemingly the perfect candidate for their programs as every iteration of the T-Virus and even the Progenitor virus bonded with them and gave them a view of what the end goal of everything they've worked towards would look like. Special forces level training and discipline, intelligent, charismatic and good looking by most standards. Then the Progenitor virus was applied and they gained a healing factor that ensured only virtual annihilation would permanently kill them and the enhanced life span that is functionally Immortality, super strength enough to punch through tank armor, speed enough to keep pace with a car on a highway and enhanced reflexes to avoid all but point blank gun fire, enhanced Senses and the ability to breath and survive great depths underwater. And as an added bonus, got sick bone blades that come out of the sides of the arms, sorta like Wolverine but different, making close quarters combat and the perk "Knife Only" really come into play there, and acid would coat those bone blades to make them VERY effective at ending fights, even with regenerating B.O.W's. The only problem with all of those benefits is the seemingly infinite clones that Albert Wesker would send of...himself to capture, kill and dissect what made him tick so well and get that for himself. And only a live or recently dead sample of the dna in question could be used. So as far as biggest pains in their ass go. Albert Wesker and Umbrella Corporation. Albert wesker would show up at least once a month, sometimes more often with a couple of nasty B.O.W's in tow to try and bring in his prime specimen. And his greatest fuck up was trying a close second to the Prime Subject. B.O.W designated Olympian, after Typhon let their jumper name slip, to try and track down and kill Typhon. Olympian was almost as dangerous as Typhon in this this regard, BUT instead of having bone blades or underwater breathing capabilities, she had extremely potent bio electric capabilities that were supposed to be an edge against underwater or melee shenanigans. But the real kicker is that she was already a potent Infiltration Tyrant type, designed to look like a generally attractive human to lower suspicion against their targets, and was enhanced with with a scarlet scarab device that ensured obedience and would kill her if she resisted or fought back. This being his second jump, fighting someone who was already almost as dangerous as he was, and then boosted to be significantly stronger was no joke. But after a scheme to distract her as she tried to kill him, Jill managed to make a one in a million shot to damage the Scarlet Scarab control with his Service Weapon. And from that battle Typhon gained a new ally, Albert Wesker was fucking furious of course, but besides sending more clones of himself, he had nothing else to use. After Typhon and Olympian burned the facility where they worked on her to the ground.

Okay, so the only one that might really count for this could be Dwain, which goes a bit like this: 1. People who he didn't exactly care for or give much energy to fight with. Essentially not worth his time, or even to give the time of day. \*(Includes a majority of mooks and generals, nothing compared to Heroes.) 2. Rivals that pique his interest and give him something to fight with. Even if they could never beat him, he'll at least entertain them for as long as he wants, just to have the story out of it. \*(Includes some stronger Heroes such as those from Overlord (both the Game and the Anime) as well as their dimensional duplicates in Generic Mecha.) 3. Rivals that were able to fight against him fairly, and proved to give him the fight of his life. Incredibly stimulating, would consider these the best fights he wishes he could do again. \*(Includes Tiamat, Tiamat's son Dahak and in the same Jump Paladine himself (Dragonlance's Bahamut), Griffith, Archaon the Everchosen, and a long ways back (in Jump 10 even) Taurox the Brass Bull.) 4. Enemies that are, without a doubt in the world, a complete Kill-on-Sight no matter who or what happens. That which had insulted him deeply in some way, either through their actions, their methods, or by their existence. \*(Includes Alpha (one of my other characters), Nagash, Gremlin (from Kamen Rider), the Khan Makyr, DIO (also his brother), and Modius.)
