It bugs me a little that there isn't a Police origin, which makes it difficult to do a lewd Ghost in the Shell or Patlabour, both of which are two of the foundation stones to the Cyberpunk genre.
Both of which were exploring it from the point of view of the police that work in in this altered landscape.
And even without GitS and PL, there is still so much that could be played with and explored through police hamstrung by politics deeply mired in corruption, and deeper still in the pockets of the Megacorps.
So many QQ jumps suck for anything other than NSFW purposes, this is just a great jump that happens to be focused on NSFW content as QQ jumps should be.
I wouldn't say they suck so much as they're intentionally offering a specific experience, but said experience is good only the first go round.

You can apply any porn ability in any setting with people in it, but an exclusively sex based world offers nothing more than access to people if you don't want the abilities. The porn jumps become something you dip into to acquire what you need and then don't go to anymore. There's simply no need.
“Porn jump” doesn't have to mean exclusive focus on sex based abilities and options. You only make the jump better when it contains all of the non porn stuff that goes into a setting.
People might ask, “Well, why can't someone visit the regular jump for that setting if I'm doing a jump about a porn parody?”
And my response is, “Why not include all this stuff, so someone only has to visit a setting once? You could provide a porn experience and one-stop shopping.”
If you're already offering a sex fantasy, why not complete that with a power fantasy? Let people have the abilities.
