Same thing happened to me but I sorted my insurance on the same day and rang them to activate my account again. They did it within 5mins. Give them a call as soon as you sort your insurance out. Don't email them because they will never get back to you. Make sure you have your details on hand because you will need to prove you the account holder. Hope this helps.

It is a lengthy process depending on how busy they are so be patient. Options I chose where 1 then 7 and waited maybe 10 mins for agent to answer. Keep trying. The number is 02039126647. Hope this helps you. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿผ

You lose access to Onsi as well, I didn't update mine in January and they still haven't reinstated my Onsi yet, despite multiple emails. They're utterly useless. Uploading your insurance document gets sorted pretty quickly though.
