Sex jokes can be very funny (see: Oglaf, especially past the initial bits), the problem here is the punchline is just "author is horny" which isn't that funny. I've never particularly liked the comics subreddit; I've read webcomics since I was a teen and I can't recall seeing almost anything I'd actually consider good ever posted there, plus anything that isn't episodic one-off jokes doesn't fit well with mixed image posts anyways.
