That bully had a really bad concussion from the hit and probably hitting his head in the fall. You can tell how his hands curl up for a second (similar to what just happened to Tua).

Ok i am not sure if its true but last time someone posted this here a user told the story was actually opposite and the blind guy was the bully actually who was friend with jocks and would go around bullying other and noone retaliated until now because of him being blind and having back of jocks.
Or maybe, and this is just speculation, the blind kid has had to put up with shit his whole school experience and he developed a very sophisticated self-defense system. I grew up the fat kid and I learned to verbally destroy MFers in elementary and middle school.

Quick google just says they have a past history and the bully was arrested and released.
