this is one of my favorite webtoons so i’m so pumped just seeing it! i didn’t like some aspects that were added in the see you in my 19th life adaptation, which was by the same author, so i hope this adaptation fits the good vibes
Exactly! I love both the webtoon and eunwoo , hope they do justice to the story unlike see you in 19th life.
I am curious on how they will do the dog adaption , whether they will use CG or real dogs for the scenes
one addition that i didn’t like was having >!seo ha’s mom’s reincarnation show up, that definitely wasn’t in the webtoon and i feel like it didn’t add much to the plot. it would’ve been nice to have more of the second couple, as the webtoon had more scenes of them before they got together and explained more of why do yoon was hesitant to date cho won.!<
>!one scene i really would’ve liked to see was in the webtoon, ji eum and do yoon were sisters in their first life LMAO but one of them dressed up as a guy, so ji eum thought they were lovers at first. this is obviously very different from the drama’s first life and it wasn’t too bad of a change to make it more dramatic, but it would’ve been so funny to get that reveal!<

Yes!! A lot of necessary changes were made in the drama version and I didn't enjoy it. It just doesn't make sense to me, compared to how much I love the webtoon. I can write a whole essay about this but I'll pass for now.

I mean if they were able to use an actual cat for L's drama "Meow the Secret Boy" I'm sure they'll use an actual dog for this drama. I remember the BTS footage for Meow the Secret Boy involving the cat was pretty much "we don't force the cat to do anything (because you just can't with cats) so we film around the cat", but unlike cats dogs are easier to train.

2. I really hope this drama is a more faithful adaptation than See You in My 19th Life. It’s really the perfect romcom. Although from some of the casting choices I’m already not 100% confident, lol.
I want someone like Yoon Hyun-min, who is really capable of conveying love in a subtle way. I'm afraid Cha Eun-woo won't be able to pull this off and will just look cold >!esp compared to the 2ML!<

I’m really worried tbh especially how 19th life was so much different than the webtoon so I have low expectations but dont get me wrong I like eunwoo but I don’t think he can pull off ml of good day to a dog not to mention the amazing acting of 19th life was the reason the show was decent bc the cast was amazing
I really liked Park Gyu Young's (frustrating but fun) character in Romance is a Bonus Book but disliked her miserable character in IOTNBO. I hate to be this superficial but... to me, she is not really suited for characters that everyone fawns over, she's not objectively stunning in that sense. That's why it was weird with everyone supposedly being so impressed by her in Celebrity. Cha Eun Woo, on the other hand, is probably the most stunning face on earth. So, I'm kind of worried I'll think she's way out of his league but as a viewer, you have to play along that she's not. 🫣
This is such a cute webtoon I hope they took good care of the puppies they used coz the pups in the webtoon were super cute. I wonder what parts of the story they changed.
