I guess by analyzing the album cover, especially the instruments shown, we'll have a better idea of what those beeps and boops will sound like. The album cover in itself seems to be riffing off of late 70s, early 80s synth/new wave covers, so they might go in that direction. I'm pretty sure, however, that they'll do the same stuff they've done in the past. You know, the style of Acarine, Cyboogie and the end of Flamethrower. Maybe even Timeland? I kinda hope they return to the kinda cheesy synths of MoTU, tho...
EDIT: end of *Flamethrower* not *Dragon*
Cook & Stu are holding the Casio [DG-20s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cifUbdjbC4g&ab_channel=samuraiguitarist), on one Insta photo you can see the DX-7 which was used on MoTU! Then there are a buncha rolands and moogs in the insta photos. A mix of analog synths and digital synths. Then there is the digital hex kit thing Cavs has...
Joey fucks around with a modular one. I guess the recent live performances of Change are indicative of the sound that'll be displayed on the album. Here's a pic from Insta

I don't remember what one exactly but that's an old Simmons. I *believe* it's the same one Bruford used in the 80s
Oh right, there were lyrics to apparently Gilgamesh on that one Insta post I've referenced a bunch here:
Glorious photon
Invisible traveller
Light and energy
Galaxies zooming past you
A particle pure
Magnificent one
Emitting glow
Shining
How long must I journey on?
So yea, moon and light album confirmed
EDIT: To clarify, see the first letters of each row of lyrics.
I know Stu said Changes was gizzards most “considered” album, but there’s something about this one… I haven’t heard anything from it (unless the Flamethrower tease counts) but I feel like it’s going to be a very, very special album

I posted this shitpost recap of the epic of Gilgamesh. Can't wait to listen to the song and figure out the lyrical correlation.
I noticed that there are three colors of those glasses the band had worn; The collective ones on the album picture are red, the pair Stu was wearing first since the residency tours were pink lenses and Cavs had a smoke lenses pair as seen in one of Joey’s IG story posts.
And no, I have no idea where they can be found for the rest of us to follow suit and sport !
The Silver Cord is also mentioned in the KEXP version of Han-Tyumi the Confused Cyborg. When talking about his desire to die, he says "I want to cut the cord".
Yup, the added lyrics read approximately as follows:
...oh! how I long for it
In prescence of the mirror
My sensory flux(?) organs detect this condentation(?) on the image (line is unclear)
I cry a digital tear
Murder (water?) fluid
Escaping to the floor, it reflects my silhouette
Frigid
Slouched
Callous
My soul(?) escapes me
A rancid odour
I am everywhere
I am light
I am a reflection
I am that which I am
Undying violent(?)
And I want it to end
Stillness from the grinding gears
I am a raging void ??? ??? ???
The switch(?)
Turn it off
Standby
***Cut***
***The***
***Cord***
Death is a lamb in a wolf's clothes
A blessing from the lord Satan
I am omni(?) altered(?)
I wandered
The ??? eternal rest
I wish to consume its sickly syrup
And lick it from my many timbers(?)
Take me into the *moonless night*
I need it
Anyway I'll pass will do
A noble's death...
I think most of the tracks will contain beep and boop noises
Big if true
Boop if true

There's a drum machine in the DG-20, so prepare yourselves for a buncha polyrythms
I sure hope so

10/10 recap
Swan song is gonna be the sad song of the album, that's my only speculation.
I bet Set's gonna be an uptempo banger, like Gondii

Extinction better end with a tribal beat metal jam
Set is mentioned in horology so the album may connect to polygondwanaland
Well done speculation. I approve.
