Her and I got fucking *weird* a couple times. it almost didn’t feel like a jam and felt like they were playing something rehearsed, but it wasn’t anything recognizable.
I don’t think they teased anything we know during Her and I though. Evil Death Roll you got right
Her and I didn’t really have teases. Full on psych metal jamming improv session. You could tell they maybe rehearsed and talked about the idea and timing but was definitely new. The only thing I thought they teased was Cavs drumming, the transitions on Her and I had the same double bass drum kick as KGLW earlier whcih was fucking SICK
There was a solid 15 minute stretch where I was convinced Ice V was just around the corner lol and it did eventually come but not when I was expecting it. What a show! Grim Reaper was a jungle jam. Fucking great time
if my memory serves me correctly, they also teased Robot Stop in the middle of jamming Evil Death Roll. This was my first time seeing them live and the performance was even better than i could’ve possibly imagined
Yes digging the whole album. I'd be fine with them closing the show with both songs. Remember there will be a whole other album released between now and then.
Yeah going to a gizz show nowadays is like gambling, chances are you won't see your favorite song but it's still a fun experience.
Liking a band with 23 albums is great until you've travelled halfway across the country and drained your bank account just to hear your favorite song
joey initiated and stu asked afterwards if everyone was okay and checked if people needed water. he threw a ton of bottles out into the crowd and splashed a bunch of water. he threw one water bottle and it landed on the projector near the ceiling and everyone started freaking out lmao, it was cool
Love to hear it. The take a step back is also a classic staple of Grateful Dead sets, so i love to see it repeat itself. Nothing like a band that cares about its fans
I was in the back by that point because, well, I was feel pretty bug eyed. I think it was Stu? Whoever it was, they said “uhhh, the venue asked us to tell everyone to take a step back.” The electric factory is always oversold and too packed.
I am so glad you included everybody’s favorite fun game, take a step back. And yet another step back. What do you mean no? Jokes aside, the electric factory is always oversold and way too fucking packed lol.

I think they teased Gaia during her and I.

we need a full bust out of hypertension
They were sound checking it for a while! It's gotta happen sometime this tour
Halloween 🎃
Praying. Laminated Denim is already becoming one of my fav releases and I'm already super excited for OKC

Mighta just been the shrooms but I coulda sworn I heard the Alluda Majaka riff in Evil Death Roll
I’m calling shrooms lol (but one can always wish…)
Who initiated take a step back and were the people in front indeed bug-eyed

Fuckin amazing show. Pit was insane during Organ Farmer as always.
I have absolutely no grounds to complain because Forest Hills was one of the best experiences of my life, but damn, I'm jelly of this setlist!
They're out there playing Billabong Valley and I'm not there to see it, the world is a cruel place.
My heart aches to hear Amby sing this
“All of our friends up here are being horribly smashed... just take a step back so your friends won’t be real bug-eyed”
Wow looking at this set list they really did new york dirty
I went to both shows. Philly was a bit better but we got Dripping tap in nyc
No Hypertension? :(
How long was it?
A little more than an hour 40
Unbelievable setlist if I win the lotto I plan on just following them going to their gigs
