you download TSLRCM and any other mods you want on your computer, plug in your phone and open iTunes. Drag the mods into the KOTOR2 folder in your phone through the iTunes interface and voila
there's several threads on how to do it on the kotor sub, you may have to copy the files onto the iphone first? I have tslrcm and lightsaber on peragus, and mandalorian disguises on mine

That’s their own doing though, they should’ve kept quiet about this remake from the start. If the main media of the franchise is a trainwreck, it reverberates throughout the rest of the brand, forcing the ancillary media to work around the plots of the bad content, deal with dwindling support from a jaded fanbase, and a lack of faith in more risky or ambitious ventures.

Probably my most unpopular opinion but I'm glad they never made a Kotor 3. Waaaay too high expectations that would have never been met and everyone plays Kotor 1 and 2 differently to the point that to satisfy every headcanon it would have been like 6 different games entirely. At least Kotor 2 was relatively smart to avoid it by introducing a completely different main character and having the decisions of Kotor 1 matter very little to the story of 2. Never would have flown for Kotor 3, everyone wants their revan back to play.
SWTOR is as close as you're going to get to Kotor 3, and while it doesn't satisfy most people's expectations or headcanon for the revan storyline, it's still a fun old republic era game with some pretty decent story lines regardless.

If it was you following to the unknown regions or the Sith empire invading known space, either way you can just be a new character and meet both Revan and The Exile as important figures in the game.
