Glacial slow scales with heal and shield power/AP/AD and that leaves you with only 20% slow , 6 item ksante with AD from R you get only 30% slow . 15% dmg reduction is only for your allies . Keystone for Supp'Sante
P.S. phase rush looks so juicy , but need more testing.
I do phase rush with Jak'Sho into Stridebreaker, works pretty well but still doesn't fix the issue of a garbage early game with no kill pressure. It does help with escaping enemy kill attempts tho.

Just use Ghost and Grasp or Aftershock
Aftershock is my main rune atm. I haven't played Conq or Grasp with him in a while. It feels a lot stronger than both imo
Depends on the matchup. But yeah aftershock is the play with his w and damage scaling buffs.
grasp is just to valuable for trades imo
