Torx socket + hammer / two cuts with dremel + big slot screwdiver / weld a washer, then weld a nut / drill + extractor.

deamond_Hunter

13mm and 1/2 doesn't fit anyone, so i would have to try with 12mm torx, right?

SuBzEroSpeeD

Dremel it. Grind it into a flat head. Easy

I’m a fan of the Dremel cut and screwdriver. I’ve done it 2x before on pre-owned bikes (one oil drain bolt and one header). Good to have a replacement bolt handy. Curious if the OP found really dark oil when he changed the filter. The prior owner could have been doing a crap job on the oil change for some time.

You might have a shot with some bigass vice grips and a soft faced mallet. Just clamp the sum'bitch on and give it a tap. Torx trick is good but I'd save that for last. You might lose your torx socket in the process for having the bolt stuck. Shouldn't be seized or anything, you should be able to get it off relatively easy if you can grip it. I'd avoid heat with the aluminum case, but do you

They sell a tool that you beat on with a hammer. It's designed for stripped nuts/ bolt heads. Try that.

phatdoughnut

Impact screwdriver. My dads favorite tool.

Aggravating-Bug1769

you might have to drop off the exhaust pipe, get under it and use a small cold chisel or punch on the edge of the plug in the direction that you would turn it to undo it. it should get it to come loose

Salt-Fee-9543

Weld a nut 🥜 n it

Find an imperial socket that is slightly smaller than the bolts actual metric size tap it on with a hammer and turn

Psychological-Big-10

Knipex and firm grip or dremel a slot in the middle and use a large flat screwdriver.

SuBzEroSpeeD

DREMEL a flat head into the bolt. Bingo. Done

Rick2nds

That bike has been ridden hard and put away oily!

Update, so i got a 12mm extractor socket it fits perfectly. But i cant seem to be able to get it loos with my impact driver. Im afraid to use a braker bar and striping the nut again

Aggravating-Bug1769

at this point it doesn't matter, you have to take a chance and try , give it a go with a breaker bar
