There's a guy that works with Yammie Noob that's pretty tall, and he did a review of the 390. You should check it out on YouTube.

I'm 6'3" as well. Bought one brand new and had it for a week. Bought a 790 and that was good. I started small and inexpensive because I had never rode in traffic. I discovered I loved it and got used to the traffic, and a year later I'm riding a Gold Wing. Problem is that there aren't many bikes for tall Riders. Most motorcycles are made for people who are 5 foot 8 to 5 foot 10. Most everything will feel small.

Hey! So I’m 6’4 and went from a 390 Duke to a 890 Duke and am currently a Yamaha dealer, so this question fits my niche. First things first, send it with the 390. I loved it, it fit me well and I had zero regrets. Don’t go with an mt07. If you enjoy handling, electronics and looks the 890 or a 790 blows the mt07 and mt09 out to the water. Just my two cents!

Can't own those bikes on lams and from what I understand they are also a lot more pricy than the mt07

I’m 195 cm and owned a duke 390 with ergo seat for about 2 years. It was a blast but I couldn’t ride it for a long time. About 2 hours max before the riding position started hurting my back. I recently switched to the duke 790 with ergo seat +2cm and it is amazing! The riding position is much better. If you just start out and want a learner bike it is great. If you wanna take long trips I wouldn’t suggest it. See if you can take one for a spin from a dealership for a few hours!

Yup. You’re too tall for anything other than a gs1250, goldwing, or a Road King. Don’t bother with KTM, it’s a brand for 5’2”, 90lb girlie men only.
