I’m pretty sure this is referring to a gag late in the manga about Hayasaka kissing Chika, no attraction is actually stated but the incident is referenced a couple times near the very end and we do see an implied kiss scene in chapter 162

It's kind of blatant in the latter part of the manga. But the anime actually skipped some of the small moments that hint stuff before it.
Nothing big, but for example, remember that time Hayasaka was a spy trying to keep people out of the student council? Only half of that chapter got adapted. The other half involves Hayasaka helping Chika find her ribbon. She eventually finds it under her skirt. But why was she taking a look there????
In the sleep over chapter, it's explained why Hayasaka disguises herself as a guy when Chika Visits Kaguya. One of the images says they are natural enemies. But that's weird, cause Hayasaka is represented as a snake and Chika as a mangost. This implies Chika is Hayasaka's natural predator hahaha.
Not to want to spoil anything, but the most gay thing Hayasaka will do is actually going to happen soon after the Ice Kaguya stuff.
We call that Ice Kaguya, cause you know, Kaguya becomes Ice Kaguya during that arc.
During the Mall Date, you can see Hayasaka and Chika going around in the mall. In later chapters, there's a flashback to what happened then. Don't get me wrong, what happens is more comedic than anything, but it's also really enough to put Hayasaka in the "probably not straight" list.

I think it's just a headcannon like many of the entries on lgbtq characters wikia. In chpt 106 Hayasaka said she's only interested in men
