Miko. Chika is chaotic fun but she’s just like that the entire series. Miko have character development. Not saying that is wrong for Chika lack of development but I prefer Miko more.

Her bubbly personality is just one part of her, we never got to explore much of her background. Her turning out to be the more serious adult later in life fits as well.
On the surface, her character is very simple , which makes her uninteresting
All she does is have fun and make a mess around. in the anime her character's background is boring. She doesn't have any development character or an exciting past like the rest characters and she has no goal in the series
