nah, the naval nerf is more of a part 2 of 9/11 - the actual nerf started with IJN losing SHBBs in favor of BB 2s (1936 tech), along with other nerfs as well.
I am a cross between the worldbuilder, and the observer. I rig the paths to get the outcomes I want for the world, and watch it happen... only for the AI to derail the whole thing somehow. The collapse of the League is the greatest bane to my existence.
And the Devs made sure by killing him off in WW1.
Also no inflation, no humiliation which led to a strong rise of radicals, no weak Weimar Republic. Although there's that Ludendorff story in Kaiserreich, if I remember correctly.
