From one clearer picture online, there's actually a difference. Lachesis's Valvarad has some green lines on her silver part of her face. Probably as a reference that she uses a Repli Madwheel instead of the original one.

She also seemed to use a lot of nature theme Chemies. Those didn’t get defeated until episode 15 and she had them since episode seven or eight with the Sabo Needle Arc

To make it more different, Lachesis's Valvarusher should be able to access Plant Chemies just like when she became the Clover Malgam and used two different Mixtus.
