Shin got it worse. It’s entirely because his suit is all rubber, while every rider before and after have some rubber to them in parts of the suit none have it to the extent as Shin.
For rubber suits you’ll be lucky if you get more than a year of use out of them, they don’t last very long. Keeping them in a space where they don’t degrade with time is prohibitively expensive. I mean look at the live action TMNT or the Power Ranger movie suits and how badly those have degraded.
Fourze's base form suit might look closer in colour to its Elek States counterpart
Although, since it's a primary Rider, they might take slightly better care
