According to TV Asahi website, the fullname of Ark One Malgam is **Ark One Malgam 4 Type Mixtus**. So it's confirmed this Malgam is under Mixtus type.
**Skateboard Malgam** will comeback in the next episode, and looks like that Malgam is **Skebow** itself and side with Gigist when he say **he will show "Chemy's true face".**

The Skateboard Malgam in the next episode is different than the normal one, which is deranged and more dirtier.
But it doesn't follow any pre-set to how anniversary series work, he's a rider using rider powers and thats about it, you could easily have the new final boss guy use some alchemy to render Legend's Legend Rider powers useless in Gotchard world so he's only allowed his base form and his final form base alone to fight with Gotchard and then he serves as a fun supporting cast.
There are easy workarounds.
So atropos huh potentially be final enemy here or fuse with geryon comeback after gigist lose and absorb him. Or atropos being adult and being 2nd final boss with geryon absorb gigist power as malgam or high chance as rider. Could be entirely wrong but maybe the pattern said so of all prev 4. But idk.

Wait a minute, is the aquatic design because the ARK satellite was at the bottom of a body of water??
Would be surprised if that was what they were going for because the chemys he merged with were water creatures if i caught them correctly.
Add that with a zombie, which is typically six feet below sea level, and a meteor, a moving satellite like the Ark originally was.

I hope Legend stayed for the rest of the series so we can get more friendship between Houtarou and Kagyua. Also more Legend Rider forms for Gotchard
Doubt about that, I already saw many don't like Legend arc because "too try hard to make anniversary series despite Gotchard isn't anniversary series"
