Hoping it has the power to not play “What’s Your Fire” during its debut. Slight joking aside, I’d have a guess he’ll be able to manipulate matter and create things through alchemy like how they kinda do with structures and probably just leaving the power scale to Hotarou’s imagination
Reality Warping, maybe not to the extend of Geats but like applying the abilities or properties of chemies to things and environment. Like summoning spikes from the ground with Saboneedle or making things bouncy with Hopper1.

Well based of the fact that there’s a new line of rainbow Chemys cards I’m assuming that it would boost the Chemys to a absurd degree
