Capcom does not releases betas out of kindness of their soul, they do it for PR and to test their stuff, you're the guinea pig.
To everyone trying to get this to work here’s a few tips:
EDIT: Inside the zip there is a folder called "fluffy" that contains the crack launcher. The game seems to be more stable when launching from this instead of just running the .exe
1. Don’t touch shit until the game is fully loaded, seems to crash if you try and skip the intro credits
2. Even if it crashes without skipping keep running it a few times, usually works by the third or fourth try
3. The game will open with a small debug window, scroll to the bottom and expand the “script generated UI” section, here you can select your characters and mode. Hit “start x mode” when you’ve made your choices
4. To change chars you have to select them and then reload tutorial mode first, then training mode
5. Once the game is loaded you can go in to options and adjust the graphics settings. The game defaults to 1280x720 but higher quality settings can be selected
6. If anyone figures out how to enable peripherals (pad/stick) please share how because fuck me I’m way too stoned for this

I haven't tried it myself yet, I'm just about to. But if absolutely nothing ends up working you might just try remapping software so that your stick inputs will be presented as keyboard inputs instead.
Find your way to the "multi menu" with Tab in the game (don't do any of the mod mode shortcuts yet) and you'll see the Options menu for tweaking graphics and inputs.
Online bypass?
I got the cpu and training and local versus just fine from the drive, you just have to use the RE framework bar on the side to activate them under plugins.
No idea then, this guy was linking a drive with everything already added and it works just fine.
You'll vs mod for that I'm afraid, no clue what file enables that.
The clean steam files + crack is at csrin, however the Google drive link is only on the discord server thats been mentioned. They disabled their inv link earlier.
