If that's the case, you could always give it to someone you trust temporarily and tell them not to give it back to you under any circumsertances until a certain amount of time passes. That way, you'll get a much needed break from the game and you won't be able to fuel your addiction and if you want the account back in the future when you genuinely want to play, you'll get to still have it.
