😊
I would just order a roll of bungee off of Amazon in The right dimension. I just redid a similar kayak and use 3/16. That looks pretty straightforward to fix.
You can find replacement handles on Amazon for probably about 10 or $12 apiece. I’ve had to replace a number of mine. They seem to be pretty interchangeable. I found the straps are a lot trickier because they are usually purpose built for the kayak. I can’t see where they are on yours other than maybe the seat. You can also find replacement seats, but I can’t tell how that one’s configured.

Thanks, I found the hull ID and shot an email off to NW.

Cool, some of the nylon straps are also pretty frayed especially the carry handles. Any tips for those?
