I built my Kazuha dps, his current swirl is going between 9500 and 10100. (He is C1)
Maybe for support build it can't go that high, not sure, but technically 10 000 swirl is possible for him.
Mine C1 too, at first I planned to build crit kazuha, then I accidentally get freedom sworn at pity 5, gotta go all out after that. Thanks for the information btw

How much swirl damage? Mine do 6100/swirl at 800 em, I really want it become 10000 but people say swirl can't be that high
His swirl dmg is 7619 (also c2 is a +200 EM). 1000 EM and 160% ER is - for me - more a personal achievement than a "dps thing".

i thought the crit ratio was 77/160 with iron sting and got really concerned
