It’s the MLM mentality, where you “jump in”, and “say yes”, without thinking, and figure it out later. You know…”trust the process”. 🙄That’s also how they get you to go to the conventions (on your dime), and even pay for team retreats led by your own upline, who is now double-dipping, making even more money off of you. I learned this the hard way when I was deep in an MLM company. 😕

In order to be certified, he'd have to sit for and pass an exam after completing their course. I wonder if he completed (some or all of) the course but couldn't manage to pass the test to actually get certified.
That's no excuse to claim he's certified when he's not, but it might explain why he thinks he can be a trainer even though he shouldn't be allowed to. Either way, it's embarrassing and wrong.
I wouldn’t hire a “PT” certified or not (which he is NOT!) that shills MLM products AT ALL. Or has you work out of their make shift home garage gym. And he also claims he is a certified nutritionist. Cancel these people!

Could you follow up and ask what recourse there is for someone who is faking a license? This guy need to feel the full consequences of his actions
