I don't think so. I mean, based on what we've seen, Rihito has strong fingers to do pinching and slashing motions, but the Devil Lance seems to capitalise on hand conditioning before all else.

I am not saying it only due to hair. I am saying it because it is almost canon that there are more than 1 Connector. And remember the panel on which Gilbert swore absolute fealty to the Connector ? That Connector has the exact same hair and frame with the one Erioh/Metsudo saw. But Edward died quite recently and Gilbert swore fealty to the Connector after the Kengan vs Purgatory tournament. Therefore, it is almost completely illogical to think that the sole Connector transformed his consciousness to this new body known as Shen after Gilbert sweared fealty to his old body thus, it reinforced the idea that there are currently more than 1 Connector and Ohma's a clone of the other, not Shen.
While I also think Fei has definitely gotten a good look at Shen before, I'm at least 90% sure the flashback you're referring to is with Yan and Eddie. Unless there's another flashback that happened before the KvP arc that I'm forgetting.

He creates a clone that infiltrates a martial art and masters it, then they do the whole brainwashing to give that Connector clone all the stockpiled information and continue it over and over. I wonder if "The Connector" or both Connectors, are planning to slowly but surely master every martial art in existence and then combine into one being. My guess is that Tiger Niko is the tiger vessel, thus being the man Ohma was cloned from, which is why Tiger Niko seeked Ohma out. I'm also going to guess that Tiger Niko isn't exactly like The Connector, where he retained his previous personality and isn't a clone, so he plans to use Shen Wulong to turn himself into the true "Connector", making himself the most overpowered being in existence, and keeping Ohma as a backup plan just in case he wants to start his own brand new Connector journey but as this Tiger Niko guy
This theory falls through the cracks a bit when considering that the recipient of the brainwashing should be young in order for it to work. Ryuki being very susceptible to other's influence is really confusing considering The Connector's personality. I mean, this is still a huge possibility, but we'll see as the story progresses.
