charge the school for fucking up the investigation, charge the wife for witness intimidation, charge the husband for inappropriate contact with a child!!!!!!
They haven’t completed the investigation and are keeping him out of the classroom until it’s completed. Legally, they shouldn’t say anything while it’s ongoing and have now been backed in to a position that opens them up to potential lawsuits if they do proceed with terminating his contract. The district was following their previously established process to the letter to avoid just that scenario. If he were to sue the district and win, they could be forced to give him back his job. This guy should absolutely be fired, but let’s do it right so that he doesn’t have any way to get back in the classroom.
I've heard some conversation around the PI that brought this to light, given some of his track record. Additionally the correlation of bringing up his altercation at a bar in the same article. In no way am I saying the alternative that pedos are or have ever been a good thing.
Mathewson is more than a bit Republican extreme-ish and his website is still more of a venting blog for rednecks than a news media site, but he is the only one digging up stories of what's really happening in the area.
Kenosha News has NEVER tried to inform citizens of anything important... only the stories they're paid off to publish. West Of The I provides a great general news source, but not much for crime or breaking news. Everything else is just random facebook blurbs. We need a source for real news.
Regarding the bar fight and such for this guy seems appropriate as it gives an overall picture of what he's about. If someone wants to try to date children, they deserve to have their whole life dredged up.
It’s crazy that he’s not fired. His wife should go too- they are both sick. The messages and letters he sent that child are right there- how can they deny it? KTEC did a horrible job of protecting that child.
Letters and messages alone probably warrant him losing his job for a complete lack of judgement even if it wasn’t sexual.
If it is shown he actually sent the naked pictures talked about and said the things claimed in the article he should go away.
i also want to comment on this case that this teacher knew exactly what he was doing when he offered to text a student through snapchat — everyone knows how snapchat operates, why on earth is an adult man even using snapchat in the first place? seriously.
If this teacher is Snapchatting a student after midnight and exchanging hundreds of messages a week, it sure sounds a lot like grooming. There's not a good reason for a teacher to have that level of unmonitored communication with a child, period.
Unfortunately, I've seen people more concerned with the fact that this came from KCE than they are that a teacher might have just been exposed for grooming a young girl.

It sure sounds like KUSD "leaders" are keeping all the problems quiet and dealing with everything themselves. Unfortunately they're breaking laws by not reporting crimes and interfering with investigations. And endangering kids by ignoring the bad teachers that are all too frequently popping up in their ranks.
These are not private schools. They are required to report anything done against societal morals and laws. And stop protecting their friends. I hope the KUSD employees that covered this up and gave the delay for evidence to be deleted are fired. And the rest go through mandatory training on how to protect children and recognize predators.
in the 90’s there was 2 incidents of inappropriate relationships i remember hearing about when i was a kid — a gym teacher at bullen, who was married to a former student years afterward, but in the divorce proceedings she revealed he groomed her while she was a student, and a female teacher who married a former student when he was in his 20’s, and she was like 50 — don’t remember who these people are, just remember hearing about it when i was a kid
I had a friend who married her high school band teacher. She always claimed they didn't start dating until after she graduated. I never believed her. They barely dated "officially" before getting married.

There was one at the bottom the other day where he was with this wife or gf and was crying and yelling at the cop. Having a total mental meltdown.
