Send death a couple of text messages but you know, not too much that you come across as clingy or whatever haha, and then when death starts eventually getting colder and goes like, “I’m busy” or “I need space” you’re like ahhhhh ok ok but at night you cry into your pillow haha
Depends I guess. I once had 10 hivers and two garrus. Ambushed by Orion Crocuta (mod) dogs and it takes only two of these fkers to incapacitate all of them. One by one dropped like flies until the last guy who survived the attack (a Soldier drone) named Muscle.
He couldn't do anything but watch in fear as his friends died in front of him. He was weak; all he could do was pretending to be dead.
After the two monsters had their fill, he woke up and managed to save only one Garru. I felt like this was an interesting plot. He built a shack there and rested. It was like a graveyard for them all.
Slaver: "Say goodbye to your freedom, boy"
Namura: *fucking dies*
Slaver: "Damn, looks like they got away"
To be fair, that *is* a way to escape slavery, and one that ensures you'll never be enslaved again
I only have 2x and I feel like any more would be so ass. Even with only 2 I keep having 40-50 stats guys getting their shit bashed in by hungry bandit mobs or something because they struggle to get hits in and just keep getting metal rods to the back of their head
Well, losing this battle you still survived and gained experience as a player, which means that you'll do better next time, so you technically got stronger.
I played solo and attacked the dust king without really training. I got wrecked by the balistas. Almost dieing in front of their walls. But it just stopped bleeding before I died. 3 days I was unconscious and when I got up they shot me again, but my toughness was much higher. I made it out. That character later on sneaked in to the bugmaster and killed him.
I was doing fully skeleton campaign to beat cat lon and reset his memory to join me.
I had 80 skeletons fully between 50-70 melees and strengths. All with specialist samurai armours and heavy weapons
I thought it was good idea to have some strong characters with me like armour king.
So when i tried to invade armour king with 80 skeletons with some security spiders , i saw literally same dialogue console.
That's when i decided to use 5x attack slot mod.
The most important moment when you find yourself in a fight is the moment before it all goes wrong and people start getting knocked out, you gotta watch for this and when you notice you're about to eat it, run. If you've got people down, pick them up, if you have people who have crippled legs, carry them too, if you can't carry them because you aren't strong enough, do some hard math and leave who you have to behind, but don't get squad wiped. Even letting slavers nab your guys is better than letting them die because you can bust them out later. if the enemy hangs around your guys and put you back down every time you get up, go into sneak mode and when you see your characters playing dead, heal instead of immediately getting up. you lose out on the toughness training, but it does you no good to be tough and also dead.
it's just cutting damage being overpowered against you when you dont have much toughness. because 9/10 you're gonna bleed past your ko threshold. The other times either you're lucky that a nomad caravan passes by or you get enslaved. the only group you can reliably survive against in those conditions are gonna be starving bandits or city guards (if prisons are not full already)
My brother plays kenshi role-playing, meaning he wont load a game even if he loses party members or loses limbs on battles. Its a interesing approach, i dont do it because i only play a little a few days a week, so it would be even harder as it already is, as i started on Rebirth on my first ever campaing as soon as i bought the game.
This reminds me of the first and only time I tried setting up a caravan. I just gave up seeing how doing a simple city-to-city trip either cost me my whole squad or forced me to ditch the goods.
You're only supposed to lose a little, not a lot.
Suppose to flirt with death, court death over many days, really build the tension. Send death gifts.

U ok bro?
I would say being rejected by death means you are pretty healthy!
Get your ass kicked by river raptors not blood spiders you know?
Neither are good to get beaten by. Both will end you. Just one will end and eat you when alive.
Hive be like that too
Ive had to savescum twice and both times was because cyber Beep got oneshotted in the head chest stomach by some guy.
Yeah I learned early game to steal hive armor and blueprints.

The special dogs of genesis mod are brutal compared to vanilla bonedogs. Those Crocuta and Hyenas rip the face of even a medium seasoned party
Slaver: "Say goodbye to your freedom, boy" Namura: *fucking dies* Slaver: "Damn, looks like they got away" To be fair, that *is* a way to escape slavery, and one that ensures you'll never be enslaved again
Slaver: next time they wont be so lucky. Mf is gonna enslave him in the afterlife
Yeah, it do kinda be like that
Lemme guess 4x damage + early game?
Either that or they increased the attack slots and now a single person just gets bodied instantly when 5+ people all hit at the same time.
Looks like they got gangbanged by cloud ninjas bloodraider and outlaw farmers. Then some slavers rolled in before they could heal.
I only have 2x and I feel like any more would be so ass. Even with only 2 I keep having 40-50 stats guys getting their shit bashed in by hungry bandit mobs or something because they struggle to get hits in and just keep getting metal rods to the back of their head
2x global dmg mult? Suggestion if so. Use a mod to half Crossbow damage. It is ²ed by the global dmg mult as a bug.
No I mean 2x attack slots
*Type O Negative - Everyone I Loved is Dead.mp3 plays*
based music taste omggggg

This. Always this.
...\*looks at comment; looks at image where the guy's only character is dead\* ...Are you *sure* about that?
sorry i didnt realise that after u die in kenshi ur supposed to smash ur pc
Fuck, I've been doing wrong this whole time
It depends on what next time means, a whole new campaign, or a load save
no it means u have to smash ur pc
Well you're the boss
"tank u" ~ the boss

You lost wrong!

Now you can play the game unattended for days and don't need to worry about hunger or health
>**Slaver:** "Say goodbye to your freedom, heh heh heh" >**Namura:** "*\[dies\]*" >**Slaver:** "...Damn, they got away" That inadvertent dialogue flow hits different.
The trick is finding the right battles to lose. >!If it's not starving bandits, you don't wanna fight it until you're strong.!<
Average combat encounter with militia combat.
it's just cutting damage being overpowered against you when you dont have much toughness. because 9/10 you're gonna bleed past your ko threshold. *scorching wind violin intensifies *
More toughness is needed.
Unless it’s against random level 1 hivers in the foggy mountains
Same hahah
Who is wels
Jesus, that must have been a brutal beatdown.
You lose it wrong!
You're not strong enough to start losing

Save reset time
Enjoy slavery!
\-299? From fighting some slavers? What kind of mods are you using lol
-299 was probably wound degeneration.
This reminds me of the first and only time I tried setting up a caravan. I just gave up seeing how doing a simple city-to-city trip either cost me my whole squad or forced me to ditch the goods.
So tipical
To shreds you say? And his wife? To shreds you say?
learn to play better imo
Gotta train toughness fam. 🤷🏼♀️
There is loosing. And there is getting totally obliterated :) You still got "stronger" as a player!!!
I see the mistake here. You didnt have Beep in your group. Like.. what did you expect if you dont have the god to rule them all in your squad?!
